Our loan amount changed as they do, and we missed the increase in the amount. They called me and alerted me of the issue and walked me through how to fix it. “I've been here for years If I have a issue it's literally solved right then. Wish they give a long-term customer a loan. I have iffy credit but my check is posted there every month and has been for years. Is 632 credit that bad I guess so. I can could not get a 500.00 loan. That's my only issue. Someone should help the disabled once in a few years. I need A car to go to Dr appointments. And get food I can't depend on others. Thanks”

“They have preempted fraud two times in the last three years. Someone stole our debit card information and tried to make fraudulent purchases. Excellent fraud department. All of their other services are top notch too.”
“The bank manager was very helpful when we had to set up a business account last year and has always been very polite. We had some identity theft last year and he was very responsive and proactive to resolve our issues. Sometimes there is a line for the drive-thru and it takes a while to get through it, but our other bank also has lines so I think to some degree it is normal. Even though they have now become Truist, I still prefer to call it BBT.”
