I can not begin to thank them enough for how great of a job they did. I had multiple things done to my car. They broke down each thing that needed to be done and put it in simple terms for me to understand. I was very stress because I had a previous bad experience from another mechanic shop. But everyone there was super friendly and communicated with me through the whole process. I will never go anywhere else besides here. They are super professional and shows that they care.

The lady running the office is fantastic! My scheduled appointment was kept. No waiting. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and had no problem explaining what was needed. They also saved me hundreds on a brake job by pointing out gravel in the wheel well (that I thought was a brake part)Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I called their number and the lady who answered unceremoniously hang up the phone and refused to pick up the phone. I don't know if she has a grievance against the owners and wants to make them look bad but I wanted to post this review to bring attention to her very unprofessional behavior.Service: Engine repair

Truly one of the great businesses in Charles Town. It is difficult to find an honest mechanic who looks after their clients first. It is equally difficult to find one who charges a good rate. True professionals. They let you know what's wrong or not. No cheating you, and charging for services not required. My wife and I take our Sedan and SUV there for everything. I have been a customer for many years and I have my experience with multiple shops in the area (you always think you get a better deal somewhere else but you get what you pay for). Bob is amazing and goes above and beyond to help you out. Very honest. Will not tell you to fix something that doesn't need fixed. I took quite a few cars there to get worked on within the past years and was never disappointed ever. Very friendly, honest and respectful place. No one there will rip you off. I fully trust Bob and his staff. And if you know me, you know that I am not an easy customer to say the least. I do my research. I ask questions. Needless to say I highly recommend this place and appreciate everything you guys did for me so far. See you soon!

5 Stars it said?!!! Wow must have paid for those reviews. We Made an appointment for oil change a week in advance for 8:00 AM got there at 7:55 AM and were told have to leave it? Why the appointment a week in advance then? 4 hrs (yep 4 hours) later I called at noon to ask was it done? I was told i was probably the next one in. I said I would come pick it up and he wanted to argue with me that he didn't say it would be done right away he needed to know what he needed for the job. Are you kidding me? Really a Oil Filter and Oil is what he needed, he has no clue. Unreal, I went and picked it up these people will smile tell you to have a blessed day etc while they lie through their teeth and treat you like crap. Fact! Spend your money elsewhere I will.

If you want to be treated well, dealt with honestly, educated about your vehicle, and support a local business, then go here. Bob is great and always comes out to chat with you about your car and say hello. I've never been to a place that so genuinely appreciates your business. They can do it all - WV state inspections, regular maintenance, and major repairs. I'm on the 4th vehicle I've taken to them and will use them anytime I can. They do charge a small, nominal fee to use a credit card, but that is necessary for any small business to recoup the fees they are charged for taking credit cards.

These guys know their Cars from American built to Foreign built. What I enjoy about this shop is that these guys are honest and will save you $$$$. Best mechanics I've ever known that would tell you what's wrong woth your vehicle and if they don't know the answer they will get the answer. I personally would not go anywhere else because of their integrity to help. Bob the owner is one heck of a guy. God bless these fine gentleman and lady. Joe Melon-customer
