Gnats gnats and more gnats!! Kids that work here were friendly but the soda area was disgusting and infested with drain gnats! Proper daily cleaning and drain enzyme cleaner would take care of the issue.

Their meats and veggies are almost always fresh and if it isn't done right they have no problem solving the issue.Vegetarian options: Subs, flatbreads, and salad bowls with vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: If you can't have bread then I recommend their salad bowl, all the veggies (and or meat) you can eat.Parking: The subway is inside Walmart so there is plenty of parking, but sometimes it's hard to find a spot close to the building.Kid-friendliness: They have claw machines and a kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: They have high tables and booths that are wheelchair accessible. Walmart has bathrooms that provide 1-2 wheelchair accessible stalls.

Treated badly by the lady working tonight !! Hope it's took out of her pay check because it wasn't made my way and probably not made fresh !! Since when does corprate say the cheese is to put on the bottom? Every pizza i have ever had the cheese was on top ! She said thats the way they where told to make them and if i wanted cheese on top it would cost me EXTRA !!!!!! Isaid i hope you like eatin it because you just bought it and walked out !!!!

I went here with my family to eat after shopping at Walmart. I tried to order a chicken ceaser wrap with the cheese heated on the meat but the worker refused saying that policy doesn’t allow them to. I asked if they could melt the cheese a different way and was told no. I was utterly confused! I’ve ordered the same wrap at subways all over Kanawha county and surrounding counties, and have never had an issue. It’s bad enough that a wrap is well over $10 but to not to be able to enjoy it the way I like it is even worse. I decided not to order my food from there. I’m fasting and dieting and am picky when I do treat myself out to eat. My father and son ate their sandwiches (with melted cheese) and was happy with their orders. I won’t be eating at this location in the future due to the rudeness and not being able to order my food the way I like it. ???

Very friendly employee's and reasonable prices,Parking: Plenty of parking located right across the road from Subway, handicap parking available, convenient wheelchair access into the restaurant and wheelchair accessible tables..

I eat here often. Most of my experiences here were positive, until recently.I sit down to order through the appI'm questioned about what bread I'm going to want immediately by a girl that wants to go on breakThe idea of ordering through the app is that I'd rather not have to speak to anyone, so I'm already annoyed to have to answer questions about an order I'm currently putting in anyway, but whatever, no big deal.They make the wrong subShe asks if I'll accept this sub instead, even though I paid $4 more for the other subI declineShe talks me into taking it for free, since they'll have to throw it away anywayI don't really want it, but accept. I figured I'd throw it in a fridge, and have it the next day or somethingA guy comes 2 minutes later to take back the sandwich the girl just talked me into taking...The next two days, both of my orders are wrong.

Unfortunately weak service and it took 30 minutes for them to make 3 footlong subs. It was ridiculous. They tasted pretty good though cold by the time I got them home. This isnt my first issue with this subway.

Had no provolone cheese, then yelled at me when I asked them to toast both subs. Told me I only ordered 1 toasted even after I showed her my confirmed order in email showing both toasted. Put wrong toppings on subs, and refused to give me my reciept said I have it in email.
