Package was late on Thursday. I could not sit at home for 12 hrs hoping the driver would decide to show up. I wasn’t home and couldn’t sign. Package was rescheduled for Friday. The driver backed up in front of my driveway, saw rain, and left. I watched the truck in the tracker drive in a 10 mile radius all around my residence for 10 hrs and when it hit 7pm went back and dropped the truck off and updated the package to rescheduled… for Monday! My guitar was driven all around this small county for 2 days and now will sit less than 3 miles from my house all weekend. Inefficient and inconsiderate to say the least with absolutely no justification for not delivering the package

I am not sure if this is the one that is dealing with my package but it was there they sent it to Texas now it's back again and not sure where it will go this time it's getting me really mad it if happens again I am filing a dispute or something!!

The UPS app indicates my package was "left by side door". I don't have a side door! Trying to resolve this issue with the call center is futile! UPS service is TERRIBLE! Day 2. Still no package. Every UPS representative I have spoken to has promised to help, but failed to deliver. I've never encountered a company that fails to deliver on the most basic services... delivering packages. It's as if they've never done this before. I've been told so many things by the UPS representatives, but it's all been lip service. Absolutely zero follow through! They have no idea where my package is, and they couldn't care less!

The only reason I give one star is because zero is not an option. I was expecting a delivery yesterday and like most of these reviews I get a message saying invalid address. This morning I get a message that package was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my house. Can only reach an animated system when calling. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with UPS. It took a month to get my modem. It's like the drivers dont even care. Not to mention the lack of customer service. No one else has a problem getting packages to me. Step up your game UPS!

This has been ridiculous!!!!! The driver said my address was undeliverable! Twice!!! No driver ever showed up to my house. I called UPS and updated the information!!! I’ve called them 3 times. Being told every time my package would arrive next business day! Today it was delivered in Alexandria VA !!!! I called and spoke with customer service and told the lady I’ve never had a problem before. She assured me that my package would be picked back up and delivered to me! I checked the tracking however it’s saying that the items are going to be returned to sender due to address and delivery problems! ??? this is unacceptable! I called Amazon to make them aware of the situation as well. Bad business for sure!

The driver keeps delivering my packages to my back uncover porch. Which my packages included electronics that had gotten wet .. I called over 7 or 8 times now and the problem still isn't fixed..

I went there at 4 pm today (weds) and no one was there. Waited for 20 min, still no one. They were supposed to deliver to my home and said undeliverable..have no idea why. I was home all day

If I could rate this place 0 I would. The link that was sent to my phone said they attempted to deliver my package & they never did. I never saw a ups truck outside. I watched through the window all day. They never called me to let me know when they was downstairs at my apartment complex. They didn't even leave a slip for me saying they attempted to deliver & what steps I could take next to get my package. They was suppose to call me from the facility to let me know when I can pickup my package yesterday which is my son's carseat that I paid about 300$ for, but they still haven't called me yet.
