I really didn't like my hair this time. The back of my hair is ok, but she messed up the front of my hair. Way to short.
Hair type: My hair was all the way down my back. I got it cut to shoulder blade.
I was ok with the back of my hair., but the lady messed the front of my hair up. I like super cuts but I don't think I will let her cut my hair anymore.

I had a hair emergency (yes, they actually exist) and it was handled in a very kind and efficient way. I'm very pleased and will not hesitate to go back again!

Asked for a cut like the Pic and even said I wanted the long side just a bit longer. I now have maybe a 3x3 inch square of ear length hair on one side. She blamed me saying this is what the picture showed and she can't put my hair back. She did give me a discount but it's not right and can't do anything to fix it except let it grow back out.

Young Lady that cut my hair and did my beard trim did an outstanding job and was very courteous and personable. Excellent Service.
Hair type: Excellent haircut by the young lady who cut my hair. She asked what I wanted done and I told her how I wanted my sides done and scissors on top and box cut on my neck and trim my eyebrows. She did exactly what I asked for and she did an excellent job. This is our go to place for a haircut and highly recommended them.

I asked for a bob style haircut for my daughter the lady who cut her hair ( don't know her name) said that she was doing very good and she sat perfectly still for her. When she was finished the hairstyle was a complete opposite it was super long in the back and really short in the front when I asked her if she ever cut a bobbed haircut before she said yes and got offended. it was not the right haircut that we asked for. Then she blammed my daughter, she said that she moved and that's what messed up her hair. After she told my daughter how good of a job she was doing setting still and doing everything she asked. So I asked for half off my daughter's haircut, I was still willing to pay her but she said that wasn't fair. She told us not to come back!! I told her I would NOT return! I was super nice to the lady when complaining about the haircut not being right. She needs to take responsibility for her mess ups instead of blaming others! I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
