Do not go here for TMobile! We purchased their phones and service and have had nothing but trouble since then. The clerks there lie and tell you anything to get you out of their store. Connectivity is terrible, most often the calls just drop or the other person can't hear you and they hear your speech as robotic. Terrible service.

Absolutely the worst phone store ever. They are liars and thieves! I have had the worst experience with them that I have ever had with a phone company and it’s all because of the people that work at this Princeton location.

The employees where not very hospitable, nor did they seem interested at all in generating the sale. This and issues in the past ultimately drove me back to a different carrier.

Bought new phone out of pocket at store. Verified auto-pay should not have been affected. Messed up my auto-pay charged me twice as much for a system error Sprints system.

If you need anything please see Dallas at the Princeton store, he is the greatest when it come to helpful service. He has helped me greatly getting started with Sprint service, phone and Sprint Drive for my car!!! Go see him, he’s awesome!!!

Worst employees ever. The staff is rude and lazy. They won't and can't answer questions. I don't know how it even stays open.
