Not only was the selection limited but the customer service is not good I've always had trouble returning shoes there with the receipt. If I pay 100 dollars for a pair of shoes an I wear them for a hour an there so uncomfortable I expect to be able to change them for a different size and if that size isn't available then I expect my money back if I paid cash. Not there it's always a issue!!! Not cool shoe dept.

Fair pricing on above average work boots. I didn't need any customer service but from what I saw customer service was well above average. I would shop there again.

I like to get the family's Crocs and my girls school shoes here. They also have a large selection of work boots and shoes.

Was there on Saturday, April 2- four young girls "working" and people were lined up to check out. Only one was running the register, the others were standing there doing nothing. Other times that I have been in there, all four have been huddled in the back gossiping. This place could care less if you buy something or not. Ought to make it self check-out at least you could serve yourself.

I didn't find the shoes I wanted to get for my granddaughter but was able to find them online and ordered them. At the store, I found some sandals and purse that I bought for myself. There's always so much to choose from and employees at this store were very helpful and friendly.

My wife was just there. There was 3 workers standing around. She asked for help none of them wouldn't even help. Act like she wasn't even there. How does this place keep it's doors open. Someone in management needs to teach customer service. Is this what going on with the younger generation. WERE HUROUR SEIFES.

Horrible customer service, I asked for help and i was acknowledged but she never quit talking to her coworkers. Ive worked retail for 20 years so I know how to treat people make them feel important. If I talk to 2 ot 3 people everyday about this it will hurt business.
