Robbie Bassett was wonderful! I cannot say enough about how easy he made it for us to buy from out of state! He was very quick, answered a million and one questions, and kept the process straight forward. He was patient and understanding. When I say I haven’t ever really dealt with a dealership and salesman as good as this, I mean it! I have bought so many cars in different places and this was by far the best experience for us! Thank you thank you thank you!

Had a 10 o clock appointment so dropped the vehicle at 9...returned at 12:30 to pick it up and was told in a snotty tone the mechanic had one ahead of me and he was at lunch and it might be done at 3....lack of professionalism and customer service...if they had called and told me since they had my number... I'll definitely take my business elsewhere...

Went here today with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle...was told I couldn't purchase a vehicle off the lot that I had to order...also told I couldn't test drive unless I signed paperwork stating I was making a purchase today. So in other words the salesman didn't have the time to work with me in order to make a commission off my purchase. Oh well your loss is my gain as I won't be buying from you. I have purchased from Jeep Ramey with no issues if anything the staff there was very helpful. I would not suggest anyone to buy from here.

Usually don’t write these but I’ve been meaning to get around to it for this place. I’ve been extremely happy with this dealer. For starters, sales was great and everything went really smooth. They had the paperwork ready by the time I arrived and had the car clean and ready too. They even hooked me up with a good financing deal, they got me a great interest rate (especially for these times) with a Toyota deal they had going on for new college grads. Service department has been great also, I usually change my own oil but they gave me a couple freebies so why not, I let them do it. They had me in and out quick and that’s probably my first time in a dealer shop where they didn’t try to sell me a ton of things I didn’t need. I may just let them keep doing it after the freebies are up. Highly recommend this dealer if you are a Toyota fan ?.

I forget the salesman’s name that helped us but he was phenomenal. He helped us locate the exact 4Runner we wanted and he promptly responded to my husbands texts and phone calls to make us a deal via phone. We live 2 hours away and he helped us do a trade-in via phone and my 4Runner was delivered to my door, 20 minutes earlier than expected as well. Outstanding experience and will definitely stick with this location for our Toyota needs!!

We are from Massachusetts traveling to South Carolina. During the drive we noticed some potential brake problems. Ramey Toyota was 5 miles away and thank goodness they were!!! After an expedited and thorough assessment it was determined the back brake system needed to be replaced. We were expecting to have to stay the night but several service techs jumped in to get it done in two hours! Thank you to all the service techs, the service manager, and assistant service manager Sheila Lambert who made this all happen!
