We were very pleased with Ramey from the very first visit to the dealership. We had more than satisfying experiences with test driving trucks, working with Gary and Johnathan, deciding on the perfect truck for us, working to get the best deal, and choosing our new truck. Even signing the paperwork was pleasant. Every employee we dealt with was more than willing to help answer our questions. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and I must say this was the best experience with purchasing a vehicle. It was very satisfying to look around on the lot at our leisure and not have a salesman constantly pressuring us. However, when we needed someone to help us, they were definitely close by and ready to help.

Everything was excellent as always. Quick service and friendly staff. I normally wait for my vehicle and customers are provided a great lounge area with charging ports. I often work while waiting so the amenities are great!

We were traveling back from South Carolina and had an issue with our car. We called the dealership and the salesman who took our call after the service department was closed was very helpful and friendly. He told us to come in first thing the next day and he would notify the service manager. The service department was outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. They took care of our issue and had us on the road in an honor. The kindness the showed to us as travelers was amazing. They deserve a huge applause and we thank them very much!

I didn't have appointment. They said they would try to work me in, and they did. Got what I needed to have done. I didn't have to wait very long.Really nice guys. friendly, try to help me out since my sticker was expired. Appreciated him doing that for me.

We bought a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee, was promised it was a good vehicle, we've only had it for maybe 4-5 weeks and it's been in the shop 3 times and about to go back in a 4th,they were aware of the stop start issues during the 30 day warranty and can't seem to have enough knowledge on vehicles to fix it, not to mention they had to fix a major overheating issue,now the stop start is still not working, blowing lots of white smoke out of the exhaust ,and the check engine light is on, I just had a major spinal surgery and constantly have to drive over an hour away for this mess they have no solution to help us except just keep bringing the stupid thing back for them to "not" fix the thing , rameys shouldn't even be a thing anymore with the horrible service

It was a warranty job that included a complete transmission replacement on a 2021 HD2500 with 30k miles on it. I am not happy that my truck transmission has failed completely 2 times in 30k miles ;however , I dont know what the service dept at Rameys could have done to make this experience any more pleasant. Absolutely perfect , is how I was treated , daily updates , very prompt and courteous , clean. I was totally satisfied in every way possible. Thank you Howard and the entire team in service for getting me back on road as soon as you did.

If you are in the West Virginia area and are looking for a GM dealership this is the one for you! I was relocating with the Air Force from North Carolina to Alaska and my pickup broke down near Ramey Motors. The service shop not only went out of their way to get me in ASAP, but also found and fixed the problem I had been having for months with the truck. They got me on the road the next day after going out of their way to get the parts needed from another dealership and getting them installed. I could not recommend this place more to anyone in the area!

Ramey’s is by far the best place to deal with in Southern West Virginia!!!! My vehicle is always handled with the top notch service department, & Travis Barker, Jonathan Sheets, & John Repass are ALWAYS more than helpful with any issue I have EVER encountered! You’d be crazy not to take your business there!
