Service was fast. Work was good. But $460 for a simple battery change is ridiculous.

Cathy and the whole service department are great to work with. My car was definitely a challenge, but they didn't stop until the problem was solved. Great work!

Took our 2015 Ford Escape last week for an Inspection Sticker and oil change. A few days later on the information screen, it said “oil change required.”
I called the Service Department. They were very nice, said to bring it out and they would do the reset. Not a huge inconvenience, but took 30 minutes out of our way plus mileage (maybe 8 miles). If setting the reset is on the serivuce check off list, it was checked without doing that step.
Very friendly and efficient people at the desk, but obviously not as efficient in the actual service department.

Ramey Ford were very professional and helpful. We were traveling with a travel trailer from Michigan back to South Carolina and F250 diesel had mechanical problems. It was close to an emergency and they fit us in very quickly in the day. They were very friendly and very helpful especially the diesel mechanic with 44 years experience . These are good people and I really appreciate all of their help! Thank you!

One of the very best truck buying experiences I have ever had. It was well worth the drive from Raleigh to do business with Eric.

These are the best people. I cannot say enough good about Ramey Ford Service. Nobody likes to have to take their vehicle to the dealer with no warranty and I totally get that, but if you want to ensure the work is done right and with care- this is the place. I cannot say enough good about them. They go beyond the extra mile and you just don’t see that very often these days. We had a situation with our truck and it was critical that the key not be turned on to protect the truck from super costly repairs, they went so far as to show the tow truck driver how to get the truck towed to them without any further damage happening. They saved us over 10k dollars. Thank God for good and honest people!

I had to have the dash fixed on a new vehicle, and the service department picked up my car and took mine in for repair, the repair was a pretty major job. The had to remove the dash to fix. I got the vehicle back and you can not tell there was any problem at all. They did a first class job.

I recently took my 2023 F-150 Lightning to Ramey Ford Princeton for its 10,000-mile scheduled maintenance and was extremely pleased with the experience. Scheduling the appointment was effortless, thanks to the helpful staff member who accommodated my timing. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and I was welcomed by the friendly service. I received a notification as soon as the maintenance was completed, making the entire process convenient and hassle-free. Overall, Ramey Ford Princeton provided top-notch service, and I highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance.

*****Major update one day later and only 6 starts on the starter it has failed again.******
I don't normally write reviews but my experiences here have been so bad I feel obligated to document my grievances. I had my truck towed in December 14th of last year for starter issues. I quickly received a quote for $700 for the starter and relay with some time for wire tracing. Steep, but I expected jacked up prices from a dealer. When I was finally able to pick the truck up a month later I was surprised to see an additional $800 for a body control module that was never mentioned to me. I was disgruntled but paid because I had suspected it would need to be replaced at some point anyway. Fast forward 4 months to May 21 and less than 2000 miles later my starter fails again. When I called them I was told "bring it in and we'll take care of you." I had the truck towed in and waited I finally received a call on June 7th saying it was ready to be picked up no mention of the price. When I received the text confirmation it showed a price of almost $500 I immediately call back and ask about the warranty of the part that was installed I was told "we'll look into it and call you back." This is the reoccurring theme for the past week, I would call and one of 2 advisors would say the other is responsible for that but I'll check with them and get back to you. I finally picked my truck up today 5/14 and it was covered under warranty. The real problem here is the time, and the lack of communication, luckily this is a weekend vehicle that I only use occasionally but if this had been my primary vehicle I would be eat up in rental car fees. The lack of communication lead to at least a week of stress about paying for a starter that should have been covered under warranty, and the speed of which it was resolved (10 minutes) once I was at the shop. It baffles me that it took a solid week to get that answer. The service side appears to be a disorganized mess with people playing the blame game. I advise others to seek service elsewhere.
