Took a very expensive tablet there for a screen change because of a crack. His employees tried to say that I didn't give a video card but then found it in the exact container they denied receiving. Then the rude owner installed it poorly without the correct electrical double sided tape and fried it again. I took it to another local place and they said they get a lot of his rework and hear the same thing from other people. Gas lighting liars and poor junky work. Don't waste your money with them.

I have phone service with Consumer Cellular and have a Motorola cell phone. For whatever reason, my phone entered into a phone starting loop and I could not get past it. Hours later, my phone was still starting. I talked with 5 or 6 people at Consumer Cellular and no one either had the ability or desire to help me although I have been their customer for many years. They said I had to call Motorola but could not or would not even give me a contact. Long story short, if Motorola was to help, I had to send them my phone!. My sister told me about PTOWN. And WOW they are SUPER nice, competent, and affordable. They had my phone up and running in about 15 minutes.
