I dealt with Jimmy today at Friendship Hyundai of Princeton purchasing a car, i walked into it thinking it was going to be this stressful long drawn out process but Jimmy did everything possible to make the process go by smoothly as possible, he was the first person to come talk to us on the lot within the first 5 minutes of us being there, he was honest, kind and very helpful and he helped get the deal done for me to get my Hyundai Sonata, I am extremely happy with the car I got and the amazing service that I had with Jimmy, Thank you Jimmy for all your help and everything you did today. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Friendship Hyundai of Princeton to get the right car for you.

I just want to say that Cheryl Ann and Sonny are amazing! Not only did they take on what the Beckley location lacked, but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. The people at Princeton Hyundai are so Accommodating, friendly, and they care about their customers. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people. Love y’all

I had been involved in a car accident the week prior to visiting Friendship Hyundai of Princeton and was already stressed to the max. So the added stress of having to purchase a vehicle just heightened my stress level. But the staff was exceptional in making my experience as stress free as possible. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything as we went along. They offered all options available so I could make the best decision for me. I highly recommend them when you are looking for your next vehicle purchase!

I would highly recommend this dealership. My wife and I went shopping for a specific 2023 Santa Fe Limited that we saw on CarGurus. We were 2 hours away from the dealership. We drove there and were greeted by Jim from the sales dept. We felt no pressure from him. He was very professional and worked with us. This was probably the best dealership that I have been in. Everybody we meant there was very nice and willing to assist in any way needed. Two thumbs up to Jimmy and the rest of the staff. Whoops! sorry it should say two thumbs up to Jim and the rest of the staff.

The whole experience of buying a car is stressful, but my experience with Friendship Hyundai of Princeton was amazing and stress free. Jimmy Lyster was so informative and helpful during my multiple trips to find the perfect car. Everyone I met while working to figure out the perfect vehicle was great and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership!

First time car buyer… Very nervous overall, but I lucked out tremendously by going through Friendship Hyundai of Princeton!!! The staff there could tell I was nervous, and provided straight forward information and comfort the whole way through. A massive shoutout to Jimmy for being a hell of a worker! The financial manager also provided beyond the expectation.. Couldn’t thank these guys more!! These guys will get you on your way!!

Justin was amazing to work with. He was straight forward, flexible and beyond helpful. Everyone at Friendship made buying a car a hassle free experience. At the time I bought our vehicle the CDK system was down. Justin and Dallas went way above and beyond to get the ball rolling for us to purchase our vehicle while the system was still down. I will ALWAYS recommend going through them to purchase any vehicle new or used. The car I wanted was at a friendship dealership in Bristol and they never hesitated to have the car moved here so I could get exactly what I wanted.
