I brought him a 14k ring to be resized. He charged $139 and it looked absolutely beautiful when he was done. However the ring broke 3 months later. We took it to another jeweler in Marion VA who told us he had used an alloy rather than 14k gold to repair the ring and that the alloy was eating into the gold. They removed the verdigris and repaired the ring and only charged $60.

This gentleman is the nicest individual you'll ever want to be around. Took care of everything that we needed, and most importantly, he's a professional.You don't need to send your jewelry anywhere to be repaired.
