Air pump did not work after paying $2.50. Station attendant refused refund and told me to go away when I asked a second time. Said it doesn't work when it's cold but they let me pay anyhow and then refused refund.

The clerk was very friendly when we stopped in this evening. The service was great. I normally stop at BP across the highway, but from now on, I will stop here

Came in at 8 pm didn’t have any sides worth eating. The waitress was great so we stayed. Went to the counter to check out w the typical upswell. The girl was also lovely. Grabbed our dinner and the few other items and out the door we went. Came home and realized in the bag w our items were a few others. Called today to say we found an employee receipt and that we wanted to return the items that were mistakenly put w ours. The person that answered told me I shouldn’t take what’s not mine and wanted to know if I was actually going to return the items or just called to say I had them. I stayed polite while essentially being called a thief. The items… a makeup try and two nightmare before Christmas magnets. Not exactly items that are in my sights. I called back a little bit later because the interaction. Bothered me and got kaylee for the second time. This time she claimed she was the manager. I said you are the same rude person that talked to me before. She responded that it must be another kaylee. Inexcusable behavior. Really handled in bad taste.

Absolutely worst breakfast a human could imagine getting. Eggs, hash brown casserole, grits, gravy and biscuits cold. Bacon was burnt to a crisp it was black she forgot my biscuits. She brought biscuits back throwed them on table with a handful of butter and jelly, not in bowl like others was .Waitress to busy flirting with 2 men couldn't get her attention. Finally I did. I asked waitress where my gravy was. She said they combineded gravy in a small bowl. Then we started telling her our problems she copped attitude with us said bacon was coming out Burnt all morning. Then why wasn't it rectified before 10:00 instead of serving to guest. She told us to just leave no bill. Then next thing we knew she was dragging her manager over by the arm and told her we was complaing about food. Manager said food was on her no charge. My boyfriend doesn't take anything for free.mhevthrowed down $10.00 on table as we walked out. i guarantee the waitress picked that up and was laughing she got tipped for bad service and food. I so wish I had her name to call her out.

I live in the area and eat there frequently. I always order the grill chicken tender meal. My last visits I ordered what I always do and it was like getting an appetizer. The waiter brought out my meal and had 4 tenders on my plate the size of my pinky. I asked the waiter did y’all cut back on the number of tenders you get. He said they should have been 6. He brought me 2 more and still bite size. I ordered 3 sides with my meal and one of those was the cinnamon apples. They put them in a bowel and there was 4 pieces. I couldn’t believe it. I was very disappointed in the serving size that I got. The cost of the meal is not worth the money for what I had received. The last two times have been has been like that. I will not go back to this restaurant in Princeton, WV.

We stopped while on a road trip. The food was consistent with other cracker barrells that we have been too through the US. The host sat us promptly. Our sever was polite and attentive. The bathrooms could have used a cleaning. I would stop here again if passing through the area in the future.

Literally the worst gas station in West Virginia. Noting works. Dirty. Bathroom scary.

Had to seat ourselves, but no one came to give us menus. So after 10 min we went and got them. Server did not know there was no hostess. In our section there were over 12 tables left with dirty dishes. Unbussed. Waited over 45 min for food. Hamburger steak was lukewarm and overdone. Had been setting probably 20 min. They charged extra for onions without telling me, but I had only 4 threads of of onions on it. Probably 1/ 20 of a slice of onion. Waiter was overworked and could not properly wait tables. No manager in sight. Check out person was rude when I suggested the experience was not good.
