This has to be one of the worst customer service pharmacies around. I moved here a few months ago and had to get everything changed to this pharmacy. Never once at my old Pharmacy did I ever have a problem getting my medication. This place however does not order your meds in time and acts like it’s your fault. They are rude and don’t care. I have since gone with Walgreens up the road and they are fantastic. They know how to treat you right

Courteous and fast service with a good pharmacy staff. The drive-thru is sometimes very busy and extremely slow though, I recommend going into the store if you're in a hurry.

Always have loved Kroger. Their prices are not that bad and the people that are employed very nice and efficient.

Kroger, you’re soooooo SLOW!! Why?? There are 2-3 pharmacists and several techs and it takes HOURS to get ONE script filled!! I left you guys years ago but my mother still was getting her stuff there and I finally transferred her stuff to FOUR SEASONS!!!Best Pharmacy around!

I've always received excellent customer service from these kind folks, and timely prescription refills. (The online refill tool is not great, but that's a corporate issue, not local store)

So I called Kroger's to see if customer service was still opened. They told me they stay open until 10pm so I headed there and got there not 10 mins later granted I got there 30 mins they were closed but they told me in the phone they could help then refused to help me I said y'all don't close till 10 it's 9:30 the lady said they only had 2 people who could help me after she told me in the phone she could. What it comes down too is she was bein lazy it happened may 20th. So people don't call and ask them if customer service is open and if they can help cause they will tell you one thing in the phone then refuse to help you.
