Very dirty store, has a bad odor in meat department like rotten meat somewhere laying around, I actually got sick when I was walking through past meat department, would never buy meat there, no tile on floor just concrete, Walmart is much cleaner than Kroger's, best grocery store to buy fresh meat in Princeton is at Grand's unless another grocery store buys out Kroger's and brings in a cleaner more stocked grocery store the people here in Princeton are being cheated by this, Kroger's is a Union store, Local 400 so why can't the union insist that management of Kroger's clean their store if not for customers for their employees!

This is a really beautiful store with a well stocked produce section. It's certainly the best grocery store in Princeton. I do wish, however, that their deli had a better variety. I'm pretty sure it's the only Kroger that I've ever been in that doesn't carry Boarshead products. I really wish that they would start carrying that line. I'm also a little disappointed in their artisan cheese selection. The fresh meat selection is really wonderful and the butcher that I spoke with today was extremely knowledgable, she had several great suggestions. I highly recommend this store.

If you can go to another store do it! I do not know what has changed at the Kroger on Stafford Drive , but some of the staff are so bad I am not going back. Twice in one week by two different employees I was treated very rude and disrespectful. Vickie in the deli and Sharron in the isle with holiday things. If your job is that bad try something else. Seriously customer service isn't working for you! Not all their employees are like that, but those two bad apples spoil the bunch! Yesterday was the final straw. I found two ceramic birds I wanted to buy. They were not priced. I asked Sharron for help. Her response was noone is here right now that can price the item. We can't give them to you for nothing. She then took the items and walked off. Who does that? First of all I didn't ask for them for free. I was trying to pay for them! You can't find a manager. I worked for a grocery store. I would have gotten a manager to figure it out. Whatever you do don't ask Vickie for a birthday cake if you don't preorder. She is one of the rudest people I've ever had contact with! This is the end of Kroger for me. Which I'm sure they don't care. I only spend about 1500.00 a month. I guess they don't need it! I know Grant's will be more than happy to have it!

The self checkout was useless. From the rude cashier to the checkout not working properly. There was no need for this lady to treat the customers as if we have no common since.

If you shop here, be sure to keep an eye on things at the checkout, Kroger does not always honor their advertised sale prices. They even require you to buy multiple items to receive a discount so that they can overcharge you on more than just one item. Another big company that make their money through dishonest actions and by intentionally overcharging their customers. I would recommend going somewhere else completely.
