At my wife's request, we drove over 40 miles to this place so that she could go in and look around. When we arrived, we were met by whom I would assume was the manager who was policing the front door to make sure we had masks in place before we could enter. Not being from the area, we had no idea that the local health department created their own mask "mandate" for the stores in the Mercer county area.Apparently, in many of the other stores that we had visited that day, a majority of the customers within the stores we went into were not wearing masks and even though the good people behind the registers had no choice but to wear theirs, they were not attempting to enforce politics on the customers. However that was not the case with the manager of this Factory Connection.We were not met with a customer service style greeting, but with a flat-toned, "Do you have a mask?" Luckily, we had a few in my wife's purse and complied with the woman. There was no, "Welcome to Factory Connection, or even a simple, "Hello" with a civil introduction to the policy. However this was cordial with how the woman addressed a younger couple who had entered without masks, to which the woman addressed them in an embarrassing manner from across the room instead of approaching them in a professional manner. This in turn made the young couple turn around and leave. And just a moment later, we in turn left as well without making a purchase.My advise to the owners of the franchise; if you want to keep a profit margin in that area, train your employees to be a bit more customer friendly. Political pushes come and go, but customers are your company's lifeline, and with the demeanor that your customers were met with by this employee, they will go quicker than these "mandates", taking their money elsewhere with them.

I bought almost 200 dollars of clothes..yesterday. well the panty was size 1x once I got them home I looked at them and they were like Xtra small. And I also bought 4 bras..all the same size and one of them was like size f..way to big. I tried to trade them in or return today.. well they wouldn't let me. I spend alot of money there. I didn't even try the stuff on. I don't recommend anyone to shop there any more. I had the receipt also. Walmart and other places returns and exchanges.. I'm really aggravated

If ya want something cool from a maxi dress to a 4 piece country primitive canister set this is the place to go. I've been going to factory connection since it was fashion bug I love the store and people especially Jerry she's a sweet lady give it a look the prices are awesome!!

Came in with my sister Sunday. Clothes were okay but the employee was very rude. Take my advice and just go to burkes. They have a lot more clothing and better employees and better prices.

I was in Friday morning and the blonde woman that was there yelled at me very rudely before I had time to put my mask on. I was fine until another woman came in without a mask and the employee never said a word to her. Will not be coming back.

Bad customer service. I asked the older dark haired woman at the counter for help 4 times but she just ignored me and kept playing on her cell phone. Put my stuff back and left.

Manager was very rude to my family. I will never go back there again and advise anyone else to get their clothes somewhere else.
