My e mails were hacked. I walked in and had everything back in about 30 min. Very helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

If I could put zero stars, I would. This is the worst computer repair place imaginable. First of all, the place is a complete mess. There are dusty, old things thrown everywhere and it looks like it hasn’t been tidied up in years. Second of all, I don’t know what this guy has been doing to supposedly gain 20 years of experience in computer repair, but he knows absolutely nothing about computer hardware repair. And yet, he will lie to you and still take your money. Here is what happened to us:We brought in a custom-built computer that wouldn’t turn on, he checked it on the spot and told us that the motherboard was defective. His exact words were “the bad news is that the motherboard is bad. The good news is that you get to buy a new motherboard.” Because the computer was custom built, it took several days of research to find a motherboard that would work on it. We bought the motherboard and called this place to get an estimate and he told us it would be $80. We brought the motherboard and the PC back to this place for installation.Next day we get a call from him, and he says it actually wasn’t the motherboard’s fault, and he doesn’t know what’s wrong with the PC. He would put the old motherboard back in but he would still charge us $80! He said “he wasn’t doing this work for free.” What work? He misdiagnosed the issue, failed to fix the computer, and now he was going to waste our time AND money. So now we were left with a still broken computer, a new motherboard upon whose return we’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee, and a bill for $80 for absolutely NO services rendered, time wasted and for creating a major inconvenience. So we went back to get the PC and he said it would be $80. He was sort of rude and very agitated, and when I pulled out a credit card he said they couldn’t take it and asked for cash. I only had $40 on me and he said that would suffice. He couldn’t wait to get rid of us.And that’s no wonder, because when we brought the computer home, we noticed that the $200 case that houses the computer was badly scratched up on the side. If that wasn’t bad, the new motherboard had a CPU adhesive all over it, and some pins in the CPU socket were bent.In short, if you want your computer to be repaired and come back without any further issues, DO NOT take it to this place.

This guy knows his stuff. If he can't do it, he doesn't lead you on. Charges fairly. So.etimes he runs a bit behind ( next day) but he is busy because he is goo. I would recommend Eden Rock Computers and Repair as a go to first place.
