Called phone number listed. No answer, other than the fax machine. Drove there, no one at all there, waited 30 minutes, just to see .. nothing. Talked to another shop and they said they are months behind. No warm fuzzies from them

The phone # is a fax machine. I can't get in touch with anyone at this business... I drive out there left note on door, Ive called the website # and called other # that goes to VM.How do I get in touch with these ppl when my vehicle is broke down?

I've known Clyde and Eric for 33 years , I've taken several cars to them over the years. Recently I asked them to work on my 1993 VW Corrado VR6 to put in a timing chain, they refused saying the car is too old, even though they had worked on it before. Since then I have been beating my head against the wall trying to find someone to do the job, looking as far as 3 hoursAway from me. This doesn't seem right way to do an old customer. I'm 62 and have a heart condition and 4 stints and am disabled. I've asked them several times to do this job, yet they refuse. My Corrado is a rare car, many won't work on it and they're expert's 20 minutes from me. O well.

Today my daughter and her boyfriend stopped in because they were having overheating problems with our 23 year old Nissan Pathfinder. they had stopped by NC for Mother's Day and were heading to his moms in Ohio. his car started having issues on the way here so we lent them our older vehicle to make the trip. it's been a great car and I didn't think much of it until they were in the mountains and having issues. this man fixed the car in less than 10 minute and they were back on the road with still many hours left in their trip. I spoke to her a few minutes ago and even though they still have a few hours left in the trip the car is running great! I appreciate this man explaining the problem and fixing it for them. thank you sir for helping my kids in their hour of need. you have made this moms day!

Extremely unprofessional, told me two days and took over a month to do basic maintenance items. Broke parts that added to my cost. Never answers phone. wanted to charge me $400 more than they quoted me. Refused to work with me on extra charges and got extremely angry and aggressive with me when I disagreed with my bill. Told me it's was my fault parts were broken because I brought an old A** car to them to fix. Avoid at all costs. Not worth it.

These guys are great. My BMW oil light came on and I took it to our mechanic. He said the whole engine was messed up and it would thousands of dollars to fix. I took it to Donley’s and they fixed it for $150. They also fixed a slow oil leak for me. They are very professional and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them.Services: Engine repair
