Jennifer never called us back herself. It's like she does NOT want our business. Tried to buy a home twice and lost both opportunities because she's telling us that we have to work within 40 miles of the house and be at our jobs for more than 90 days. Real Estate agents said they have never heard of these rules before and it sounds like the bank just doesn't want our business. We moved here from out of state so we get the feeling that this is the way City National treats outsiders.

The employees here a phenomenal, but I've had consistent issues with the App and cards. Took 4 weeks to get a new card for it to only work 2 days and then have to get a new one. After 5 years with them Im done dealing with their system issues.

Worst bank ever! Went to deposit a check for my business that I have owned for 15 years and I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes while these stupid women call the issuing bank to see if the funds were available and keep in mind this check was for under 500$!!!! City national discriminates against males by only hiring women to work or should I say arrogant bit---- moved all my money to SunTrust and I love them

Clean. Secure. Staff are friendly and helpful. ATM is available. Fee for non back customers. Checking and savings accounts are available at this location. This bank has few local locations and ATM's.
