If you don't mind moving into a filthy house that's practically falling down around you then by all means rent from them. If you have any standard of cleanliness and good repair go somewhere else. Apparently they don't feel that people with low income deserve adequate clean housing. We're stuck here for a year simply because we were in a time crunch and they're the only ones who got back to us in time. Will not rent from them again. They should be ashamed of themselves for renting something in this condition.

Helpful in getting us into a place by the date we needed. Very prompt with any maintenance issues we’ve had so far. We’ve been renting for a year now. Very happy with everyone I’ve come into contact with.
