Went in boost mobile in Princeton WV
She was not friendly or helpful
Went to make a phone call it was about 2pm
Came back She locked the door an left waited for about 15min never did come back
So Went to cricket next door She was helpful and friendly answered all my questions
I wouldn't go back to boost mobile

I can climb a boost mobile tower and sit on top of it and still not get Internet and it take about 20 minutes for a text to go through and every five minutes to tell me no service

The ladies in the princeton wv store sold me a broke phone not that they knew it was broken and instead of replacing the phone they beat me around the bush until pass there return deadline which is 7 days and they do not honor Samsung policy of 14 day return if the device is defective which it is I switched 3 weeks ago I've been without a phone since best solution they could give is break my phone and turn it in on my insurance which is 60$ more to the company I just paid to transfer to boostmobile there customer service is terrible do not recommend by my experience hope if u give them a chance u have a better experience

I use to love boost moble but i dont like where sprint got it they changed the unlimited to just 5 mg and it use to have more limited on my service ! I SURE HOPE SPRINT WILL PUT THE UNLIMITED BACK THE WAY BOOST HAD IT AND MY PHONE DOES NOT PICK UP AS WELL

Just my experience with the store and not boost mobiles service.my mother and I went in on Thurs 2-11 to sign up for service and port over my phone numbers, there were 3 people behind the desk and none of which greeted us as we entered the store, I had to go to the counter and ask for help. it did take longer then I had thought it should to activate and port 2 numbers. the lady that rang up the phones and such added $7 insurance to my plans without asking or even telling me about it. I was also charged $25 per phone for activation and setup, and $15 for sim cards. when i talked to boost mobile on the phone after I left the store they said it was normal for a $10 activation and $9.95 for the sim. I will not go to this store again since I feel like they don't care about how they treat their customers, only to make extra money on their pay checks by adding charges that customer did not ask for.

The first way the Boost Mobile Store in Princeton could improve it by getting a new store manager. The manager that is there now thinks it is completely okay to be on the clock working and message a customer cussing them out and acting like she wants to fight! She then proceeds to call you a liar when you try to tell her that what is she saying isn't true!!! VERY RUDE!!!!!!
