Was driving from Montana to West Virginia when my charging light started to flash and the needle was bouncing around.Had plenty of tools to do a roadside repair if need be.Anyway got a new alternator incase my truck took a poop and would have the part handy.Well made it to my destination without any further problems.With my receipt I was able to get a full refund at a different Autozone in a different state with no problem.

Chris is very helpful down to earth and treats people with respect. He has helped me many times when other younger kids there were rude judging mouthy employees. Kaylee the store manager depending on what day she is ok. Anthony is the best out of the younger guys. The rest are worthless and lazy.

Autozone in Princeton west virginia needs new employees! I just left there and they had 0 respect for the workspace. Both are young. One had either his girlfriend or some girl in there following her around and flirting rather then helping the customer. The other couldn't do basic math plus he was talking disrespectful about the customer before me. Nothing there was professional.Store number 1106Date 07/27/2023 17:32

Went there to get some bearings for lowboy that I had that broke down beside rd one of the employees went beyond and helped me out for about 45 mins or so and went through all they had and found some that would work instead of saying we dont carry that bearing he went beyond and went through his bearings and found a match and that is one reason I shop there now instead of any other parts stores and I took my business account there also thanks for going beyond for me I got it home safely all because of this one employee I dont think I can name him on here but if he re as ds this he will know who I am talking about I just want to say a BIG THANKYOU!!!!!!
