Duchess has been boarded and had her toenail clipped at Princeton Animal Care Clinic. The veterinarian called to ask about a medication,Proin, that Duchess took while boarding. He wanted to know about her. That was reassuring!

I have been bringing my dog to Animal Care Center for a few years. The staff is friendly and usually I don't have to wait long for my dog to be seen if I have an appointment. They are efficient with their appointments while still taking good care of my dog. I have not had a bad experience at Animal Care Center. I continue to recommend them to friends and return there myself.

Dr. Ferrell and the staff were so compassionate and helpful. Especially considering a lot of our community ( including herself) is without electricity due to hurricane helene. She still showed up and went above and beyond for my pup. Thank you!!

At Branson Family Dentistry we have a therapy dog, kabu, who has all of our hearts. Vet Dr. Brown, takes great care of her to make sure she is feeling good and able to continue on, doing what she does best. And that is to provide comfort to those around her. Thanks so much for taking care of our girl.

The account isn't under my name per se, but the last time we had our cat there (time number 2) I interacted with the doctor and staff more than my boyfriend did. There was a culture taken of an infection that nobody knows how had gotten in my cars paw, antibiotics have now been given twice and my cat's paw still has something wrong with it. We've tried to call them multiple times in the past 3 days and have been placed in a call queue, have left a callback number, per voicemail system, and have yet to hear a insingle word. We're both a little agitated about this. I wouldn't recommend taking your pet here especially if there's anything serious going on. Years ago, they kept a cat of my family for over a week, sent him home saying he was fine and he passed away within 10 hours.

I totally trust Animal Care with my dog. Couldn't ask for better than Dr Ferrel and Dr Brown. I have been taking my dogs there for 25 years and I wouldn't change for anything.

Let me explain the one star rating!
This rating is NOT directed to the hard working and caring staff of animal care Center. It is directed to Vet Evolve.
Vet Evolve is the owner of animal care Center. And I have been a client of Animal care Center for 36 years.
Since Dr. Brown Who is a Fantastic veterinarian SOLD animal care Center to Vet Evolve major changes have occurred especially with pricing. Every time I take my pets in there is a new price increase.
This seems to be a recurring change to all clinics that Vet Evolve has purchased and Yes I have researched your company.
According to their website they promote HAPPY! Happy Employees, Happy Pets, Happy Clients. I Am NOT HAPPY!
And before “The owner of Animal Care Center “ replies with a response to this rating to tell me to contact the office,
I already did!
And my call has not been returned and I have also messaged you through Facebook and was told if I don’t get a response in a week to message again!
My advice to people is if Vet Evolve doesn’t care about a concern with a 36 year devoted client to call them back, then they don’t care about your concerns.

We called every vet in Mercer county trying to get my parents chihuahua seen as she was having a lot of trouble breathing and everybody except here told us it would be a week wait. These awesome people said bring her right in and took really good care of her immediately. Highly recommend these folks to anyone needing veterinary services in southern West Virginia!
