This was a great experience! From the initial visit, to a verbal agreement quickly followed by a contract. Everyone was extremely professional and provided great communication of expectations. I would definitely recommend them!

Do not trust your house to this company. They talk a good game but in the long run, it isn't worth the hassle. They promised to keep the payments on my father's home paid whether they had a tenant in the house or not. They have not only not paid payments, but they also let the taxes go unpaid on the house. I receive phone calls and letters regularly that things need paid or caught up. My father also passed away 2 years ago at this point and I sent them a letter a year after his death with the death certificate asking them to fulfill their promises made to him and get the house sold. We were told it would only take 2 years until the new tenant would obtain a loan for the home. We're now on the 4th year. The same tenant has been in the house the whole 4 years. I personally contacted the tenant, because we have mutual friends and warned her they are not paying the house payments or taxes on time & let her know she might want to address it with them or move. At this point they're so far behind on state taxes, the state will sell the property and we're totally out the money from the sell of the house. They prey on people who are down on their luck because they figure they won't have the money to fight them. Please save yourself the aggravation and find someone else that's on the up and up to help you with your home. I'm not the only person that's having this problem with them. I've talked to another person who finally had to take their house back. We're headed that way too. Good luck!

They were supposed to come and look at my property. We had a week and a half notice til our appt day of I called off work because they were coming and they never shown never called so I called them said they couldn't find the house yet gps takes you here also never called called for directions. Said I'm too rural and deep Lincoln co I don't know where the hell they went but I'm beside of the kanawha county line they would have known if they had the courtesy to call would see I'm 5 mins from Charleston

My experience with A&M has been extraordinary. My recent disability has left me without the ability to update my house to sell. Although the house had "good bones" it needed to be updated to make it marketable. Enter A&M. They made me a fantastic deal, transformed the house to a showplace and walked me through a process I was skeptical of at first. I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a tough spot or just wants to make a difficult process much easier.

Andrew and his team updated two houses in my Mother's neighborhood. The neighborhood I grew up in. They were just neglected older homes that were becoming an eye sore. Both homes have been remodeled inside and out, both went on the market and now they have sold to lucky new owners. Value just went up for all of our neighbors!!!

Andrew and his team are doing great things from buying homes that are in need of a buyer with a quick and easy process to renovating and adding value with quality materials and workmanship and then reselling to serve the need. The transformations are amazing. The work they are doing has to be increasing property values for the surrounding neighborhood.
I've talked with a number of other business owners who work with Andrew and his team, and everyone agrees that they are fair in the buying process and do quality work on the transformations. A&M Properties and Investments are serving a great need in the Kanawha Valley and region. I recommend them seven days a week.
