owner took in my friends bike during the pandemic. a year and 1/2 later and them attempting time after time to pickup the bike. It was magically lost and apparently picked up by a wrongful party with no proof of receipt or tag. The bike was sentimental and very expensive. They are hardly ever even at the actual business itself. When they are open, the lady answers the phone and says she has no clue about anything to try back. Complete waste of time and space, do not shop at this place..they are crooks. They hold zero kind of any regular hours or professionalism. It's a run down shack with overpriced bikes.

Stopped in and spoke with Sara. She was congenial and knowledgeable about local trails and the Tuesday night rides. The shop appeared well-stocked with parts. I will go there and encourage others to do so in the future.
