I hit a curb on the way to BC Bank. When I got there I saw id punctured the tire. I went to put on the spare only to discover I had no jack or tire tool. I looked up and Discount Tire was about a 100 yards away. I limped over there and a gentleman dropped what he was doing to see what I needed. I explained and heard, "Well first, let me see if I can plug the tire." It was beyond that, so he went ahead and jacked the car, removed the bad tire and mounted my spare...all while it was raining on him. I said, "What do I owe you?" "Nothing," he said. "Whaaaaat!" He just smiled and said, come see us again when you need work done. I ended up paying forcing him to take $5 or maybe $10....I can't remember.
I later got my first oil change there on my new truck. I highly recommend them!

The guys at Rocky River were excellent. Got my vehicle in quick, changed my tires fast, and had good recommendations when the tires I asked about were low in stock

I highly recommend Rocky River Tire. They had 2 new tires put on my vehicle in less than an hour after dropping it off. Phoned me to inform the car was ready for pickup. Fast and professionally done. What more can you ask for!

Rock River Tire is the name of this location now and they provide great service at an affordable price. I use them regularly. The polite, friendly, and knowledgable staff take great care of my vehicles.

Refused to even look at the car and told us all our problems were because the car was dirty. They have done this to 2 separate cars we've had. One they had kept all day without looking at and then said they fixed it

Rocky River Tire is their new name. Went in for a stare inspection. They are very thorough and fast. Very nice customer service skills. Would highly recommend it for anyone needing service, a state inspection, or an oil change on their vehicle.

Had a very a flat tire. My daughter had a hand pump. I said I was going to Walmart. 50+ mile round trip. I did not want to put spare tire on some where along the. Approx 20 miles of 2 lane curving mountain roads. I just took the car to tire service. Within 15 minutes a very nice polite young man had changed the tire. Yes nice people to deal with.
