Went in to get my dead ends trimmed. She barely spent 5 minutes on my hair, COMPLETELY butchered it, and cut it way too short. It looks absolutely terrible. I couldn’t have been anymore upset. I can’t even put my hair in front without you seeing 10 different lengths. I thought the dead ends looked bad… I wish I kept them and never went here.
She pointed to my mid back and told me that’s where my hair was gonna be. It’s inches shorter than that and even shorter in the front. I told her same length. She didn’t even care.
