New workers in this office. Mail does not get delivered for days at a time. If you are expecting a package they keep it at the place and NEVER give you notice it is there. Call them and it's there but go down and you have to convince them it's there. Time to go higher up with the complaints.

Pretty sad you can have a set of packages in the truck all day long, even delivered one, but can't be bothered to deliver all of them or provide an update. So unorganized and really not dependable. Not what one expects from the postal service. But since they're new it's okay to keep my package right? Real solid ethics here.
