I called the 800 number because I noticed on 2 separate occasions with 2 separate companies WesBanco an Employee took out the amount twice on separate days, then reentered the money days later. I don't know about you but when I use my debit card or have an auto debit I cant afford to have a bank employee take it out twice then days later put it back. So, I contacted the bank. After explaining this to the employee she stated that it could not happen because employees are not given the access to do that. Then she looked at my account and seen for herself that indeed it did happen then she said it was an error and it should happen again and I said it shouldn't have happened in the first place and she said then I should find a new bank. I said, "GREAT IDEA"!Bad banking polices and procedures at a bank where an employee can use your funds for a few days then put it back days later...then when you call to inquire about it they tell you to find a new bank!!Would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!

Tiffany was very helpful with opening new accounts she went over everything thoroughly and also explained everything they offer here from Checking and Savings Accounts to different Credit Cards. She also helped set up Online Banking. Excellent Service, Friendly Staff!!!
