Good local people. But they bill you charges they don't explain up front, corporate tells you to disregard, then a month later bills you again. Also poor followup on cpap supplies.

My wife had a horrible time trying to get her cpap supplies. The only good thing about the place is Kylie that works at the front desk. She was very friendly and was able to answer all her questions and get exactly what my wife needed.

They distribute non standard equipment, making getting DR ordered supplies impossible. In my case wound vac... Needed drape and white sponge, only available from KCI, which they don't carry.

My first appointment all they wanted to do is make sure I was going to pay them. They said they were a provider and they weren't. I've been trying to get a receipt for the money I paid them and it seemed like it was a hassle for them to give it to me. I would not recommend we care medical to anybody.

I was supposed to have a doctor ordered device to measure my blood oxygen delivered on 8/14 that didn't happen, called WeCare twice this morning before they called back and now the delivery is for tomorrow 8/16. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Customer Service just made excuses. Rating - 000000

This is one of the biggest medical supply scams going. What ever you do, do not use this company. As if insurance doesn't scam you enough these people scam you ontop by selling you stuff they say your insurance will cover so you pay your copay and think thats the end. Then when your insurance rejects the non covered supplies, they just take the money out of you checking without even telling you. 100% con artists that need to be put out of business.

Went in to be fitted for my very first C-pap, and the respiratory therapist was absolutely amazing. She went over everything and demonstrated everything for me. She was very patient and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. 10/10 highly recommend them!!

Not only were they the only place open on a holiday weekend, they delivered right to my house just a couple hours after the order was sent. I received a nebulizer machine from them for my son, who was very sick and just got out of the hospital. They were beyond helpful and kind. I am forever grateful for them.

My grandfather called multiple times about his oxygen concentrator not working. They didn’t show up until after calling four times and still didn’t fix it. Do not recommend this place.

Started out okay. ..go threw this big bunch of paperwork letting you know about sleep coaches and such....the coaches call once a week and ask how you bare doing for a while . ...but if you need to call them with a problem you need help with quickly its an act of God to get someone who can actually answer you. They pass the buck to someone else that is suppose to call you back and never does. Given a 800 number to reorder supplies in which sent me half of what I needed.....called back to talk to them got someone who basically scolded me and said I needed to go threw we care for my supplies. Call we care, of course no one knows anything about it or why they told me that. If you try to make an appointment it is always 2 weeks out....needed help in the worst way was having lots of trouble....only for them to call me the day of my appointment I made 2 weeks prior to tell me they did not have a therapist in the office that day. I needed to reschedule and yes you guessed it another 2 weeks out. My schedule at work is hectic and I couldn't get out of a meeting in time to make this appointment. I called the Charleston office by mistake and the rudest woman ever answered the phone. Who put me on hold to tell me the therapist I was to see had already left for the day. I even called the parkersburg office to ask how I get my services changed to a different company. I was told sign a release of information or just have your Doc send another script. Never once was asked mam is thier problem or something we can help with. Sounded as if it was a normal occurnace. This is just my story but I would suggest to stay clear of this company if you value customer service, reliability and plain out general help. I honestly would give them no stars if I could.
