I have been a member since it started in this area. They are great, making sure they have towels and hose the front and back before your car goes through. I have noticed lately that the cars are still soapy when they come out. i wonder if the rinse isn't slow enough to get the soap off.

Hello. I am a regular customer at Wash-Rite carwash in Vienna, Parkersburg. Recently, while I was at Wash-Rite, I experienced one of the most disrespectful things a customer could ever experience. A young male employee of yours, who I believe is named Steven, was making rude comments regarding previous customers that day at Wash-Rite. He was saying racist and homophobic comments that I cannot repeat, even over email. On top of that, I saw him trying to sneak hits off what I assume to be a THC vape pen. I feel as if Wash Rite in the last couple of months hasn't been doing so well at employing professional workers, and it has been progressively making my experiences at Wash-Rite less enjoyable and simply not worth it.

the bugs are still left on the front of my car every time . i drive alot every day and i always need my car washed after a trip. but the monthly deals are nice.

This is our treat to ourselves having fast, convenient and plentiful washes. The auto wash is quick. Having towels, vacuum and supplies readily available for finishing touches without having to put it all away when done adds to the enjoyment.
