I'm happy with the wash but under carage wash isn't doing anything at all I have to go to a self service wash and re-wash the inside finder wells to keep salt offAnd why is it they want to pull my antenna off when police vehicles go through with magnet antennas that aren't removedIt's my vehicle I'd know if my antenna would be a problem or not

Hello. I am a regular customer at Wash-Rite carwash in Vienna, Parkersburg. Recently, while I was at Wash-Rite, I experienced one of the most disrespectful things a customer could ever experience. A young male employee of yours, who I believe is named Steven, was making rude comments regarding previous customers that day at Wash-Rite. He was saying racist and homophobic comments that I cannot repeat, even over email. On top of that, I saw him trying to sneak hits off what I assume to be a THC vape pen. I feel as if Wash Rite in the last couple of months hasn't been doing so well at employing professional workers, and it has been progressively making my experiences at Wash-Rite less enjoyable and simply not worth it.

Great car wash, friendly staff and up kept equipment. The only disappointments about these washes are: undercarriage spray does not reach the fenders or running boards leaving them dirty and dryer turns of prematurely leaving the back of our vehicles soaked. Was gonna request a re wash but Lines were long.

This place is an incredible deal for the money. 10$ first three months and you can go through as many times you'd like. Staff is attentive and friendly and the free mat vacuum and regular vacuums make this a great deal.

This is by far the best car wash in Parkersburg. I have a membership with three cars on it and it's so affordable. The staff treats you with respect and goes above and beyond any expectations. I take my vehicles to the car wash more than they need it, and they come out shining like the day I bought them. Five stars isn't enough for this place.Services: Auto detailing

I have been using the car wash since they opened. My car is parked under a tree and I swear the birds aim for it .I love how quick, easy and cost effective it is. The one time I had an issue they went above and beyond expectations as far as customer service. Thank youService: Vacuuming

Update: Still pretty fast. People just need to scoot closer together when they are in line.Love how fast this place is. I am in & out, in no time.They take a brush to the front & rear of your car, and then you go thru the automatic wash. I also vacuumed out my car - after the wash. My car looks great after the washes.They aren't allowed tips BUT can get "goodies" such as coffee, lunch, candy bars, or snacks.

I love using this service! I live in Jackson County and didn’t have anything like this (until recently…They added something similar in Ripley, but it’s more expensive). The automatic wash in my town never works, or doesn’t take your card, or is so full you don’t want to wait in line. And it doesn’t offer all the amenities. I try to go through when I’m in the Parkersburg area. Consider opening up in Jackson County ;)Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Does a really good job gives you options to clean your windows clean your mats and vacuum I think it should clean your inner wheel wells a lot better I think they should spray under your wheel wells for you before you go into the wash thanks
