They don't care. What is the point of doing a pickup request when they don't bother to show up. Pour customer service. You pay a lot of money for shipping and you get very scrappy service. Not even worth a star.

Postmaster of Parkersburg is unreachable. Update your website, a viable contact number or a way to leave contact information so a person can get their issues resloved. Customer service negative 5 stars.

I would give no stars if I could for the post office located on rayon drive in Parkersburg. Package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, I tracked my package and it said that my package was being held at the post office due to customer request. I did not request for my package to not be delivered. Monday rolls around and I’ve literally called all morning. I called on my work phone, personal phone and my co worker called all at the same time. The phone just rang and rang. Now I went to track my package AGAIN and now it says attempted delivery, could not access my house. The roads are clear lol. They didn’t want to walk through the snow that’s still on the sidewalk. Keep in mind I had other packages which I suppose were from a different post office because they were delivered on my porch with no problems whatsoever. This is beyond ridiculous and it’s sad when you call another post office to get information (which I got the gentleman was very helpful) and the guy says, “good luck getting in touch with rayon drive, they never pick up their phone.” Livid.

My mail is not delivered with anyConsistency, or in a timely manner.You can not call and talk to anyoneabout this. We have had very poorservice from the post office since we moved to Parkersburg.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE OR PICK UP NO MATTER TIME OF DAY CALLED & THEY BLOCK CALLS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO WORK. SOMEONE NEEDS FIRED IF WORKING IS SOMETHING THEY FIND DIFFICULT TO DO
