I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Never a problem with the staff, or mail delivery.
I've seen cranky people at the front desk, and it always amazes me how they become rude to the employees, and get upset when they don't get their way. If you're going to act like a "Karen", you're going to get "Karen" responses. Just be patient and kind, because the lines there aren't trying to ruin your day. In fact, I believe the staff is helpful and friendly. You get what you put out. Groovy :)

My husband went to purchase 1 book of stamps. He didn't look at receipt. He was charged for 2 books. I went in to ask about the issue, it happen the person I spoke to was the person that took care of my husband. She was very rude and said there was no one to speak to about it, I had to go on line with the complaint, which went no where. PLEASE WHEN YOU GO TO THE POST OFFICE FOR ANY PURCHASE, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT THEN AND THERE, PEOPLE WILL STEAL IN ANY BUSINESS IF GIVEN THE CHANCE.

Good people here I got the wrong address and they recommended how to achieve the parcel and sent it back to sender and in reality the sender messed up the address. Thanks fellas.

It's a good thing I have honest neighbors because they get more of my mail than I do! Not to mention the pay stubs and W2 that were found on the ground a block away.

Nice people and the manager is the best person there. Ive actually looked into it, but this is one of the least likely areas to get a report against the post office.

I called to make sure they were open the Monday after July 4th. The whole call was automated and it said they would be open till 5. I went at 3 and they weren’t open. If they’re going to be closed on “July 4th observed” there needs to be a different automated response.
