The only automated car wash I trust with my car. Your car is almost completely washed off before you even start the automation. The wash is almost Willy Wonka experience. When finished the vacuums, courtesy towels and window cleaner just completes the whole experience.

I live on a very secluded dirt road so my vehicle stays super dirty and they definitely help me keep the dirt to a minimum

The employees were friendly at the car wash. No complaints on them whatsoever. This was at the Parkersburg, WV location. My issue is that the carwash put scratches on my new truck. I called and cancelled my membership on March 25th, 2024. Today, April 25th, 2024, low and behold my checking account was debited the membership fees. When I called to talk to someone, the phone number on the receipt in the email, it's an automated voicemail to where you can't talk to anyone. They give you the option of calling a different phone number. I call that number to only be told that yes they see the cancellation, they don't know why I was charged, but they can't help me. I have to go online and fill out a refund form. Really??? I thought that is what customer service was for. So now I have emailed and left messages to get my money back. Very very frustrating. Would not recommend. If you do cancel your membership, be vigilant and watch your bank account for future charges.
I gave them two stars for the employees at the car wash. (Honestly, I would give the employees 5 stars!). They were very very nice. But the company, gets no stars.

I absolutely loved my experience! The vacuums actually "suck", the soap actually cleans, and my car was pretty close to dry the minute I exited the car wash.I was able to clean my mats and vacuum every nook and cranny! I will be back! Great experience!

You guys have to try this car wash! You get free towels - glass cleaner - Interior cleaner and vacs and compressed air!! This is worth trying out!

Today I visited the new Ultimate Shine car wash on Southsideacross from Walmart. I very much enjoyed it.I really like their vacuum set up. Plus, they do a better job drying their car.The best part is the air freshener. It smells legit. Oh! And they have priority access for monthly members. It’s like the Hilton Honors of car washes.I’m afraid having two rival car wash chains will divide this town.Very helpful staff.Services: Vacuuming
