This place is a joke. took my daughter 8 months to get her car painted (due to a factory paint recall) never would get a call back from Barry or anyone at all. Non- stop got a run around!! Had to have her dad call, THEN they FINALLY listened!! Gave her a rental ( that we had to ask for) didn't put plates on the rental, she got pulled over by cop, had to go back down there and get plates. just absolutely the WORST car lot we've ever been too! she has a newer Hyundai, and now wants nothing to do with the make of car because of how POORLY she was treated! Even had to contact Hyundai corporate to even get anywhere! paint on the back side windows, broke her inside door and put hard glue to cover it up!! And won't call/email us back! can't stress enough of how much of a JOKE this place is! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

What can I say other than this car dealership literally sells POS used cars. I bought a 2014 Nissan hatchback from them for 8,300 that was originally priced at 9,999 (I paid in cash). It had 99,059 miles on it and after sales tax and registration the price was roughly 9,500. Considering I got it for 8,300 and the report that gave me showed no major mechanical issues I thought even though I paid over the high pricing on Kelly blue book (8,162) that I got a good deal from this dealership. That could be anything further from the truth. I bought it late October and early November it already was already showing problems. I schedule an appointment with their mechanic because it was showing problems I got basic maintenance that should be done at 100,000 miles (spark plugs, serpentine belt, coil packs) I paid about $950 for that basic maintenance to be done (I brought the spark plugs and serpentine belt so that was just for coil packs and labor). However, they agree something is wrong with the transmission don't say specifically what nor do they try to figure out what it is but say they can't fix it and I need to go to a Nissan dealership or transmission shop. I have to set up the Nissan dealership appointment myself they don't give me a manager I have to call around and find the used car manager. I get her and tell her what's going on she says that the same thing the mechanic said and they will pay 30% since that's what the contract stipulates that I signed when I bought the car. Mind you this the report with the car said NO MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES. The appointment for superior Toyota they have me wait a week to get me in and the same with the Nissan dealership so that's two weeks driving a car with a noticeable transmission issue. I tell her I need a rental because I have to give the car to Nissan since I still need a way to work. She gives me a rental with no paper work or anything and just hands it over to me (I am only 20 years old so that's very frowned upon and bad practice for a business). Nissan determines I have a CVT Judder which is going to cost me about 4,000 dollars (because it means I need to replace the entire transmission). They pay about a thousand I pay close to 3,000 dollars to get it fixed then return the rental. Then my car starts making a weird noise the serpentine belt wasn't place on correctly which is why the noise was being made. The Nissan mechanic fixes it free of charge. but there mechanic informs me the previous owner had that car in the shop before and refused to replace which is probably why he turned it into the superior Toyota dealership. Therefore they do not do thorough checks nor care about anything that happens to their customers after you pay out the cash please please please do not make the same mistakes. They don't care if they sell you garbage or not and are more then happy to have you pay for their mistakes. I am now about 13,000 dollars down the drain I could've bought a damn near close to new car for that money.

My wife bought a used Ford Escape they were very helpful with that part found her a car and a payment she was comfortable with. She drove it about 5000 miles check engine light came on had it check at a ford dealer needs a short block went to Toyota told them what was going on and was told to bad She didn't buy the extended warranty. Not bring it down and we can have someone look at it and give you a call after and discuss what we are willing to do to help you since you just bought it. I work at another dealership and things happen with used cars even if it's checked over good I understand that but it's how it's handled after the purchase that will get you repeat customers knowing that they will stand behind what they sell there was no kind of help or anything I also understand that one manager can't make the call on what the dealership is willing to do to help a customer without talking to people higher in the company. We have stoped in three different times and no one has reach out. We paid 20 k for a paper weight this was a very bad experience for my wife after the sale with this dealership. Needless to say our family will take our business elsewhere.

As a young, single women looking for a car, the men here treated me like a joke. Made it seem like it was a bother to help me / answer questions. Their customer service is horrible and I drove all the way to don wood instead. They actually treated me with respect
