Went to ask about Internet service. People were very friendly and helpful. Got their WiFi service and it's great! You install everything yourself and just takes only a few minutes!

Came here to get a SIM card for my phone and I just really enjoyed the people who work here. Super friendly and was eager to help me out and made sure my phone service worked before I left. I really recommend T-Mobile to my friends and family. I admit though I never was a fan of T-Mobile service until I actually became a customer and I'm really glad I switched.

TMobile store and their employees are great. CORPORATE needs to do better and communicate with the store so they can provide the customer service needed. Other than that I'd give 5 stars. TMobile service is great nation wide. (Truck driver)

Phone keeps dropping calls consistently and only answer i get is some of our towers are being worked on. Yeah why does it only happen to T- Mobile customers.

Nothing against the store, just wanted to let people know that live out in Barlow Vincent Fleming Belpre area, that T-Mobile is not the way to go right now, phone calls are choppy at best out here right now, been this way since the end of January 2023, experiencing massive amounts of Packet loss.

Had my home wireless updated from suddenlink to tmobil. Was a little leary of this type of internet connection, but it turned out pretty good.I have a metal roof, so had to put it near a window.Haven't had problems with it... yet.Haven't had buffering or any other problems.Speeds are good for what I need.

Great overall experience. Came here looking for an upgrade on my wife and my phones. They did not have enough stock to upgrade both of our phones, but they were extremely quick in setting us up with what they had and getting us out the door.

Employees were very nice and polite. Their coverage sucks though, would lose signal everywhere while friends with Verizon and AT&T still had service.
