Fixed my broken screen in an hour. Part had to be ordered, it took a day to arrive. The morning it arrived I brought in my phone and he fixed it.

The worst service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you value your time or money never contact them they want only to make you wait months and then give up.Took it somewhere else and they fixed my issue in 15 minutes. Horrible.

My phone would not charge efficiently. I assumed my charging port was the issue. He utilized a microscope and I watched on the monitor. He removed lint and debris and now my phone charges perfectly. Took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Dougal is a top notch whiz when it comes to repairing smartphones, tablets and other devices. I had a battery replaced while I waited and it was like new. Honest and straightforward. He will tell you what you need if you need it and advise otherwise to save you time and money. He also helped me with my drone. Whether it’s advice, screen replacement, batteries, loose cables, transfer data, and more, it’s a great shop to go to, very friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. He has gone through a years worth of professional training on repairing electronic devices, to help fix your problems. It’s tucked away at the traffic circle just before the light.
