First of all, yesterday I went to the mall in Vienna WV & watched employee visit with her friends 20 minutes. My husband asked other employee at counter if shoe came in Wide. Rolling her eyes, she checked to say 'no' then went back to her paperwork. I had it by then & walked out disgusted. Granted, I will NEVER set foot in that store again. Waste of time! ZERO STARS for Vienna store! Today, I walked into the Marietta Ohio store & immediately greeted by Loren who was so pleasant & offered to help me find some shoes. She suggested different brands & thanked me for shopping there! I told her she was a refreshing person to have her wait on me hand & foot! She even ordered me another pair to be delivered to my home. Kudos to the Marietta store for hiring an employee that obviously loves her job. FIVE STARS to Loren who sold me 2 pr of shoes!
