The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Their jewelry prices are much lower than any other jewelry stores in the area. They always have lots of guns and tools - for a great price! Best Pawn Shop in the MOV!

The item i purchased was not truthful for what it was advertised for, and the price of the item was 2.5 times more than what I could have purchased the same ring for brand new. I researched after the purchase, so its partially my responsibility, but I trusted the label that said I was purchasing 14 k gold when the ring band says 10 k

This was an unusual experience however they ended up honoring the item they sold me which was an Xbox one I was told no returns the day that I bought it and I was shown that it worked. Once I arrive home and tried it there was some sort of software issue and once back at their shop they attempted to help me alleviate the problem which we couldn't figure out they honored it and gave a full refund and an apology . They couldn't have done any better in that situation. Thanks !!

Know their guns and prices aren't jacked up like some places! (Like some places wanting $35 more for a USED revolver than you can get it new for!). Never had a problem with anyone who waited on me.

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about... They must be butt hurt because they didn't pay their bills and lost their goods.. That being said, I have made them a regular part of my shopping and have never experienced anything but positivity. Jess, paul, and James are great to work with. I have never felt any of the things the other reviews said..
