The doctor kept asking us if we were happy with our Siberian Husky as if there was something wrong with having a Husky (this is our 3rd one). Some Huskys are real drama queens like mine but they didn't know how to handle her. They should have asked me to help but didn't. Instead she was terrorized. They have grooming on site which was part of the reason we went there (we're new to the area). After getting her shots we made an appointment for grooming and they told us they wouldn't allow grooming unless she got an unnecessary flue shot which I refused to allow. They just wanted to pad their bill. Apparently the groomer got wind of what happened and quit the same day. We found out because the groomer heard our dogs name at the pet store (several miles away) and told us what happened. We were supposed to go back for another flea/tick shot but I was so disgusted we won't be going back. I really miss my vet in Florida.

You guys set an appointment for my friend to come from HOURS away knowing they were going to bring in a bearded dragon with a respiratory problem and wasn't doing well! You turned them away for no reason! How does one break this to a child!? Terrible service!! Do not waste your time coming here!

Great doctors, but the staff is extremely rude. There's a big sign on the door demanding mask compliance, even though there's no mask mandate in the state. Instead of walking in without a mask, I called them and asked for someone to bring the flea medication out to my car. I told her I'm not going to wear a mask, because the blue surgical masks are sprayed with a disinfectant that acts like asbestos on the lungs. Another girl brought out the medication and told me that I made the girl on the phone really mad. She said they didn't appreciate me being like that. I said I didn't know I was being any way? She said I was being selfish. Yea, I'm selfish for wanting to breath oxygen instead of CO2. At least I stayed in my car. I told her I just thought they should know about the masks. She very rudely said, "I don't care!" She then brought politics into it and accused me of watching FOX new. LOL! She was so mad she was shaking. Too many people have drank the Kool-Aid! All this over a cold virus that has a 99.5% or better recovery rate. Geesh!

We got our dog spayed on Friday. On Sunday it had come open. We were with her constantly to ensure no licking, jumping etc. she made no effort to lick it and was still very dopey from the anaesthetic so just slept. We had to go the the emergency vet as it was a Sunday and they sedated her to suture her incision. since our baby had eaten before we saw the split, she got bloat whilst sedated. She is ok, thankfully! However, we did go to the vet to make a complaint. Dr Shockey, stated that he did not have time to suture the incision and so he uses glue!!!! Does not have time? We pay you to take care of our beloved babies! Can you imagine a doctor of humans stating that they didn't have time to close a wound properly? He then told my husband to get the f*** out. On the day that took her in for surgery we observed, from the waiting area, receptionists losing paperwork and then an elderly couple being charged over 1k after being quoted $500. When queried they were told that a mistake had been made. I am beyond appalled. Needless to say we are done with them and will find a vet that actually cares.

The most incompetent Vet office! The first "vet" my dog saw felt his paw and said nothing seemed broken. She then stated that IF I wanted an x-ray done she could. Good thing I requested an x-ray because he had a fracture and dislocation. We were referred to Columbus where he was put in a cast and to have weekly follow ups here. Took him in for follow up for a simple bandage change. The so called vet said he would need to be sedated. I said no, its a simple bandage change. She argued with me for 10 minutes about leaving him overnight or bringing him back first thing in the morning. The "vet" seemed irritated with me and just said she would do it! They sedated my dog and then brought him out to me, he was STIFF as a board, his toes were drawn under and his teeth were clenched tightly shut. They charged me $50.00 for a splint, I asked why I was charged for a splint when he already had a plaster cast on. The girl could not explain the charge and said she would go ask the vet, she never came back to the counter. Once I got my poor little over sedated dog home, he could not even sit up and had labored breathing all night. By the next morning, he still is not the same dog! I wouldn't even take a gold fish to this place!

First time customers. Went for appointment at 10 am At 1050 three customers with 1030 appointments were taken back. When asked at the desk if they had an idea of when we would get back, the receptionist said the computers are down and the doctors do not know what to do. Mind you we were only there for cat vaccinations. Will not return

Took my dog to them 2/6/19 due to not eating, was getting sick and not acting right. He was slobbering really bad, and his eyes looked like they were going into the back of his head. I seen Gretchen West and all she did was want to run all kinds of test. She took his temp and it was just about normal. She never felt around his stomach, she just looked at his eyes and said yeah that is his 3rd eyelid and never checked him out at all. They ran blood work and all she said was that it looked like nothing out of the ordinary was wrong. They took a fecal test and they call and said that everything was fine. She sent me home with Science Diet I/D and some pills for him getting sick. Within a couple of days he got worse and was making really loud moaning sounds. I spent $532 and they said nothing was wrong. I made an appointment with another Vet and she checked him out really, really good, looked at his blood work that they had done and said that he was a very sick dog. He was full of cancer. I was so upset that I had let him go on for 5 more days in really bad pain. If they had really checked him out to begin with they would of found that he was really sick and he wouldn't have suffered 5 more days. To me if you can't look at an animal and tell that he/she is suffering like he was then you shouldn't be able to be a VET. I will never, never recommend this clinic to anyone.
