I hit a deer during peak deer season and they got me in three months faster than any shop in the area could. Also, they paid for my rental when my rental insurance ran out. They did an excellent job on the car and even washed it. This is the second time I’ve used this shop and I will continue too.

most I'm satisfied. they have had my son's car for 2 months and it's still sitting in their lot. not fixed! it has not been moved since they towed it in.
VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!!!! WOULD NO RBRECOMEND THEM TO ANY ONR!!!!!

My car has been here for two months after getting hit by a deer. they have had the parts for weeks and haven't even moved the car. my car now hasn't been started or moved in two months since being picked up. They don't have the slightest care about customers and good luck getting them to answer a phone or even return calls. The only way you get any information is if you personally show up at their shop before they close M-F. Everything is always someone else's fault and they take no responsibility. The Mathenys obviously don't know or don't care how this shop treats customers. I have know been without a vehicle for weeks. Not everyone can afford multiple vehicles in today's world.

Super sweet lady works in the office. They had my car in and out in a day. Looks great! Would recommend.

I have had repairs done here twice, several years apart. In both cases it took much longer than estimated. I won't know about the most recent bodywork for a while but I wasn't thrilled the first time & would not use them again if not that my insurance company prefers this shop.

Took almost 2 weeks to get an appointment to even get an estimate then over 2 months to get the truck in for the repair. Dropped my truck off on the appointment day and it sat for Iverson a week before work began on it and now its sitting, still not repaired, waiting on a piece of trim/molding and who knows how long before it comes in. I understand there are some delays with getting some parts but what I don't understand is why the parts were not ordered when they knew what they would need so when it got there they would be ready for it. Just don't understand it and with the issues I have had with the service dept. and now the collision center, I will not be making my next purchase at Matheny's.

Probably shouldnt bring your vehicle here, ive called numerous times, multiple weeks in a row, several voicemails. Cant get ahold of anyone and no calls back other than 1 after 2 weeks to tell me they have not in fact started and only found more damage, fine i get that. I didnt hound them either, didnt turn into a wild karen. I was polite.I needed some kind of a status update at 2 weeks, and to inform them of additional damages that they missed on their estimate so that the claim could be ammended, and have gotten no update on when car will be ready, finally my wife calls REPEATEDLY until SOMEONE picks up and they say itll be done tomorrow.We call next day to confirm, and they say we have to pick it up within 15 minutes of them closing , they still are not aware that an ammendment needs added after multiple voicemails.. this while process has been a bad experience and i do not recommend this facility, and will also no longer purchase vehicles from this establishment after MULTIPLE bad experiences overall (wifes car was in earlier in the year, same mess). Dont support a business that doesnt do the same for you folks.

I would rate it lower than 1 if I could. I dropped my truk off for a small repair on a Monday. Should have been a 2 day jo, 3 at the most. I had to rent a car during the repair. I called on Thursday and they had no ideaa when it would be done. I called again on Friday, just now painting it. I should have only needed rentall for 4 days at most. I went in the following Monday at 11:00 am and they said it wouldn't be ready until later in the day. Over a week for a 2 day job. Also the customer lounge is a dump. I wouldn't take a toy wagon there.Service: Painting

I recently dropped my truck off for a minor repair. I dropped ot off on a Monday fora 2 to 3 day repair at most. I expressed to them twice I had to rent a car during repairs. They let my truck sit outside until Thursday, that's when I shoud hsve picked it up. That's 3 days I didn't need a rental. I am retired and don't have money to waste on something I shouldn't have needed. They owe me a 120.00 for the rental I didn't need. I have reached out with no reply. I wouldn't take a toy wagon there to ve worked on.

A very professional business. Had my vehicle's minor body damage repaired in a timely matter. The office people were respectful and very informative towards the status of my repair. First time seeing my vehicle after the repair, it looked like a new car, no waves or runs in the paint and it matched the rest of the car. Would recommend this establishment.

STAY AWAY! By far the saddest excuse of a body shop I have ever experienced. 20+ phone calls, multiple time of being told my car is ready. I’d show up and it wouldn’t be put together, or it looked awful. Stained my seat and door panel. Didn’t buff the newly painted panels, then attempted and swirled the paint awfully. Next attempt they finally got it right. The car was “detailed” but covered in dirt and buffing compound. The entire process was horribly managed, and I feel bad for anyone who takes their car here. All these issues and nothing was done to resolve my displeasure. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car with no gas in it. A very unprofessional business. This experience was so bad I doubt I would even consider buying a car from their lots.Services: Painting
