Was on a trip to N.C. and had tire issue. They took me right away. Found the problem and fixed it. Very good job and very good customer service. On my way in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

The guy talked to me like I was stupid. After buying my tires there, w went back when it started shaking at 50 mph. I was asking for help because it’s but my specialty. The guy bluntly told me that my tires needed balanced @ 12.99 a tire. Personally, I didn’t want to have it done. After having all 4 tires balanced it still shakes but now at 40 mph. When I picked it up, the guy was nonchalant about it, said I had some weights off. They didn’t help me with my problem. I just want to know what I need to fix without putting money into things that can wait. It’s sad because I have gone there for years but not anymore.
That’s the worst customer service I’ve had. He cost you a customer here. I won’t be back!

Great service! I waited inside during a full alignment for no more than 30 minutes. Also, I made my appointment for after work the same day.

Very nice guys! I live close to this business, and at 4:50pm on a Friday, I discovered that I needed help right away with a deflated tire. I called ahead, and they waited to close their shop for me. Actually, awesome employees.. their kindness helped me out of a serious bind. Groovy :)

Always been good until today . I ordered 2 mower tires for my company and he said they would call me when they are in. We'll 3 weeks goes by ans he Says they never ordered them. Why did you take my name ans number if you weren't ordering them.

Was charged twice for 1 tire got my money back though but wouldn't turn the air back on to put my tire on even though I know it only takes a minute to turn it back on and 10 minutes to change it
