The absolute worst experience with a shop you could ever have. My truck was stuck in 4lo. They gave me the runaround for 4 weeks saying they were going to look at it. I finally demanded I get the truck back. They claimed it wasn’t actually in 4lo, just a computer issue that would take several weeks to figure out. Took it to another shop the next day and they verified transfer case was just stuck in 4 lo. Very easy fix. They charged me about $90 diagnostic fee which I was okay with until I got out to my truck and they had broke the running board on the drivers side off. Do not go here for any work, they are absolutely horrible

I had my brother take his jeep cherokee there. C&C Dodge told him he needed a new transmission and they wanted $9000 to put one in. They also called the next day and offered to buy the vehicle if he didn't want to pay that expense. sounds pretty fishy and corrupt considering Lee Myles replaced a sensor for less than a $1000 and it runs perfectly. Great Service and HONEST ! PLEASE PASS THIS ON.

Rudest front desk woman in the world. Couldn't even hang up the phone to speak to me or explain anything to me just shooed me off n said my car was done essentially....without looking at anything or driving it. Just saw codes n couldn't even say what codes it threw lol. I took it else where and all the codes were nonsense from where the battery was dead while it sat for over a year. Meaning....they weren't actual issues. I left there sobbing and my brother left fuming.P.s. my car just needed a transmission fluid change....it's a sealed transmission is the only reason I had it there to begin with they tried to send me to some place n belpre for the engine codes then to come back and have them work on it lmfao....I think not

Took my Lincoln to them 3/28/23, picked it up 6/1/23. After a $7,392 bill, I expected to pick my car up and everything be fixed but unfortunately it shifts/drives worse than before. The work they did came with a warranty but I’m afraid to even take it back to them. During the time they had my car I called once a week to ask about my car and if they have found what was wrong just to be told “the person doing the work on your car isn’t here today, we will call you back” and I never got a call back, ever.Service: Transmission

My car would not start at a local park, and Lee Myles came to jump my car. The mechanic asked me to follow him back to the shop to run a check on my battery, but on the way, I had to stop for gas, and the mechanic even pumped my gas!
