Very nice and kind people who work at this pharmacy, I usually go to pick up my mothers prescriptions, they will call when they're ready, let mom know of a not so busy time to come get them ahead, they for the most part always fill everything in a timely manner, the pharmacist and techs are always very kind helpful and understanding. I've also switched back over to this pharmacy after seeing how well they've taken care of my mom. I used to go to CVS on Broadway. They were horrible to deal with, so it has been like night and day difference on Experience, very happy I switched! ?

Most of the techs are rude. Can't believe they get an half hour lunch break on Sunday when they only work four hours wow should only get a 10 min break

I wish I could give no stars. Every time I come to get my medicine, I dread it. The staff makes me feel horrible after dealing with them and I’ve never felt that way about any service before. I’ve seen one be nice to a man before, but as soon as I stepped up her smile dropped. I always feel like I’m getting judged and they will look me up and down when they see me. I’ve tried being extra friendly and smiling a lot to them thinking they might be nicer to me to no avail.They aren’t very helpful either and act like they just want you to go away. I’m not the only one who thinks that and the other reviews seem similar to how I felt. Don’t go here if you can. I’m tired of it and switching pharmacies.

Extremely poor customer service, if they even know what that concept is. Very rude staff, they barely acknowledge you and when they do, don't even greet you and instead belt out "BIRTHDAY?" as if you're an annoyance. One of the pharmacy techs; the ironically-named Temperance, is especially obnoxious.Being a former Kroger employee myself, I'm aware that working for that company is miserable - but you don't pass that along to the customer. I'll be switching pharmacies ASAP.

I understand that they are short staffed right now, but that is no excuse for them to treat customers the way they do. I have never had a good experience here, the staff is extremely rude, I’ve even heard it while waiting in line. I requested a refill for it to be ready the following day after 3pm and when I went in they decided to tell me that they were 3 days behind and my refill wasn’t ready.

Several staff members have been rude and “snippy” with me and others on multiple occasions. I’ve witnessed this while waiting in line for way too long. I understand longer wait times due to being short-staffed but that’s a poor excuse for the disrespect.

Scripts are usually not ready on time. Staff is often rude to me and they choose what they want to fill. For example had a script yesterday I wanted to pick up early my Kroger pharmacy wouldn't let me but a different Kroger pharmacy did refill it for me. Now I will say this. My daughter hates needles and when she went in to have her covid shot they all crowded around and supported her, made her laugh and made it possible to do the shot. That gave me more respect for them and to see them in a new light.

I bought two bags of potatoes that were 50% rotten(literally, when I opened the bag the bottom was all rotten). When I called the store they were rude and outright hostile. I contacted corporate and they said that they would send a $5.00 coupon (for a $6.00 purchase??????). It never came. At this point this is a matter of principle. I will not shop at a place that sells ROTTEN FOOD.
