I purchased a pair of womens sandals. Upon checking out, cashier realized one shoe was size 8 and one was 8-1/2. I needed an 8. Jay, the manager, went to the floor searching for correct and had to go to storeroom to finally find a matching pair in correct size. Barb C. the casher, was also very friendly. Jay truly went above and beyond to find me the shoes in correct size.

Both Susanne and Chelsea were outstanding associates. They both went above and beyond to help resolve our situation. They were perfect examples of what quality customer service should be.

Kohls had good quality and great prices on the items we purchased today. The store was clean and well organized.
Bruce our clerk went as i told him “above and beyond”. Members since 2005 he told us how to update and request a new card. Bruce really was patient with us even to the point to adjusting and holding the card swipe machine.

Update: Everyone is friendly, whether I am returning Amazon or looking for something at the store.
Was returning an Amazon package BUT saw a sale & got 3 pairs of jeans for $7 $2.20 each. Now, if they just fit.
I was actually just returning an item back to Amazon....
