Came in July 4th '23 had all 4 of my tires changed.my husband and I went to pick up my car and noticed a dime sized chip taken out of my brand new rims. The manager at the time told me "it was already there" then proceeded to pick the chipped piece off the bay floor and bring it to me. He told me they would contact me in a week with the paint to match it. I had called for 5 months straight. Each time i was told they would get back in contact with me. No one has. At this point matching the paint wont do. The whole rim needs replaced.

3 months ago came here for an urgent repair for my nissan cube on my way home from college. My car had a grinding noise and Said it was the brake clips, but also mentioned i needed a new exhaust system, ball joint, and 2 new tires so went ahead with the repairs anyway so i didnt have to worry about it later. Paid over 1500 with the bulk of the cost being the exhaust system ($1000). My car went from being quiet before to as loud as a racecar (my car is far from a sports car at all!!). My car has become a nuisance but nust dealt with the noise. Came here for inspection recently since they did a lot of repairs and trusted them and thought it would be best. Told me it was broken and that i needed to go elsewhere to weld the piece back together for it to pass. A $1000 3 month old complete replacement they did broke and they didnt seem to want to take accountability for that. It seemed that they are not experienced in that field and did not know how to properly work on my car. Not only does my car sound horrible, its broken and wont pass inspection. Now have to drop even more money to repair it again or even replace it altogether. Shouldve kept the original as that had passed inspection plenty times before. Will never be back again. They do not do trustworthy work here and dont do quality work.

They inspected a vehicle said 2 things were wrong. Fixed those took it back they said 2 other things were wrong. Fixed took it back they said more things were wrong. So what that shows they don't do full inspections the first time. Or it's that i didn't let them do the work so they come up with more and more. Which of these do you want it to be? not a proper inspection or trying to scam people out of money? Likely going to look up the place to report to the government that is over inspections.

I wish I could give more stars,My husband and I just moved into state and on our way there we had a tire bubble up on us, stranded with nowhere to go or anyone to call on a rainy Saturday, we tried some roadside assistance businesses, local tow shops, etc, couldn’t help us. We were starting to lose hope but I called Goodyear and not only was (I believe his name was Jeremy) extremely kind and listened to our problems but, he went out of his way to help us change our tire when we were stranded. I have never received such amazing customer service and just over all niceness. I wish I could tell everyone how great they are. Without them we would have been stranded a new state. Thank you SO much Goodyear! Earned a customer for life!!

They always take great care of us on our two vehicles when it comes to new tires, alignments, and oil changes. Honest and dependable work! Service manager is great to work with when calling to schedule appointments.

I brought my wife's truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once completed I paid and went outside to get in truck and the tires where not rotated. So I go back in and ask if there was a reason the tires were not rotated. He said the mechanic said he did the rotation and tourqed the lug nuts to 120 ft lbs. I then informed them that I marked my tires before hand and he did not do the rotation. I then informed him the last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotation the rotation was not performed, and the last time I had my other car there for oil change and tire rotation the rotation was not done then either. Also informed him the last time the truck was there for brakes one of the lug nuts fell off before I got home (roughly 20 miles). He held his hand out for the keys and said they will do the rotation, I said no, I don't trust you guys to do the work. Then on my way home from there the hood pops open on the highway. Luckily the latch caught it and it didn't fly completely open. I will never do business there again.

They have had my truck for 10 days now and I still haven’t got it back. No call from them for the estimate keep getting excuses when I call in.
