Really terrible. Only thing offered in my (semi) rural area. Internet is slow when it works. Randomly stops working multiple times per day and the router has to be reset sometimes multiple times. Techs come out and never fix anything. Some even admit many people have the same issues.Never seen a company with such consistently bad reviews. If you have an option, GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. Wish I could afford satellite internet.The jail in Marietta has a higher review rating than this company. Idk what else I can say. Seriously, frontier, what are you doing?

The worst internet on the planet frequent disconnects 3 techs later same problem. I can't wait till someone else is available. I will cancel the same day. I literally CANT STAND IT terrible go get another isp I would recommend dial up before these guys

Horrible service people.The ladies they have working for them are dreadfully rude and absolutely no help with anything other than selling you a service that doesn't work.I pay for a month of internet and lose 2 - 3 complete days every month. Not to mention the multi-hour outages that happen almost daily.That's thievery plain and simple.If I buy a bag of 10 apples and only get 9 then I'm not getting what I paid for am I?Joke of a service.Stay as far away from these clowns as you can.

I've been down in this area for the entire year, and most of my customers use Frontier because there really isn't anything else. Every time I've dealt with any of them, it's an absolute joke. The latest is that the customer is laying for a specific amount of speed, but their modem is capable of handling it. The customer didn't know any better, but they just left that modem in place for years, charging them for more service . They can even provide them with that mode. After 15 calls with them, each call I was "escalated" seemed to every higher level I went to the dumber they got. I finally was told they would come out to install a new modem and run a new cable from their box outside. When they they arrived, they told us they couldn’t do any of that. This place is an absolute joke. If you at all the reviews, it's unanimously the same for everyone. Their reply to the reviews is a copy and paste message. They just chang the issue and name of the reviewer. I'd recommend looking into a cellular internet option and avoid these folks line they plague.

I heard about the Affordable Connectivity Program through Frontier and decided to try it out. They set me up with fast fiber optic internet they provide and it's awesome. I love it. The only problem I had was the wait time for them to install. Like from the time I put the order in i had to wait around 2 weeks until installation day. The worker who came had got everything installed really quick and was really helpful with showing me how to use the app to change any settings. I definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Also even without the ACP discount the cost for what I have would be $49.99 and that's the cheapest fiber optic internet they have and it's faster than any internet I've ever had.

Service was Installed for 2 hours and i canceled it . Good thing I kept optimum until I could see who had better signal and drop the other. I'd rather pay a little more for better internet at optimum . My tv and game would not connect to frontier internet in back of house but would easily connect to optimum. Also with 5 bars vs 2

Frontier caused issues when we changed over to digital phone service. They were the only service we had over several phone companies that were unable to do it seamlessly.

Clear customer services very very bad. The act like a bunching union work first this is just a cell's office they should be doing customer service and everything but they don't want to put in any effort and then if somebody in the office does not like you or has a problem with you they'll make sure they hang up when you assume you call and didn't put you on voicemails from then on. That communications structure with the company is . terrible they do not communicate with their other employees they come out to do an install for your services they will say they will come back to stay and they don't you'll set there for a week not knowing going on in your services are still not installed. Personally I think somebody should fire everybody and re hire can restructure everything from their customer service to the engineering department. The service I have ordered is business and for business it's normally within twenty four hours stuff is rolling and done. Not with front tear they don't work on the weekends they don't work at night they don't care if you set there with no service for days on inn or weeks. You call customer service and they said well during that we can tell you there's no in they don't have any time lines nothing nobody knows nothing. Terrible terrible terrible company. Everybody needs be replaced and restructured or they need to go out business and that's my else by i'm out and they can do it. The way they are going from their customer service being from overseas people that doesn't understand english. To their workers that work nine divide and don't care about customer service or how they act or away they tre cosmer or how's it customer suffers I hope another big lawsuit goes after them send anne I hope the government goes after them like they did before.

I have been without internet for a week now. The earliest they said they can send a technician is another 2 weeks. Every single day I see technicians sitting on their phone in town doing absolutely nothing. When I attempt to go to the retail store here I get no answer on the phone and the doors are locked. An employee literally ran to their car to avoid talking to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and after looking through reviews I see I am not the only one. How is this place still open? How do these people have jobs? This atrocious customer service would be punished at any other company. Tech support only tells me there’s an outage in my area and there’s nothing they can do. When I check my area for outages it says there is none and my next door neighbors frontier internet is working just fine. I have no other options for internet where I live. I would switch to suddenlink in a heartbeat if it were available. Unfortunately I’m stuck with frontier and the awful employees that work at this store and only wish to sit around and do nothing. Absolutely embarrassing company.

The absolute WORST internet you can get in this area. This is third world country internet service. Iv been a customer for 7 years, so iv seen all they have to offer. Internet goes out bare minimum of 3 times a day(i have seen as high as 9) in excess of 3 hours at a time. You can call thier reps for help, but you will get a middle eastern worker on the other end who is barely grasping the English language, and are zero help and often make the problem worse because we cant understand eachother.Even the techs they send to your house are absolutely clueless about what to do, and they will personally tell you that and apologize profusely. Ppl in Ethiopia have better internet connection than frontier customers. You have been warned. These ppl should be sued, and takin to court and go bankrupt. They false advertise, oh well hell, there already is a court case against them, look it up and join!

Internet is failing more every day.2021 and reliable internet is still out of reach.Over an hour on the phone with 2 different reps. The first wasn't helpful at all, the second was a godsend!Router is outdated and can't keep up, she set us up with a new router,tested our line, and confirmed it was the router. 2-5 buisness days and it should be here. I'll update post when it arrives.

by far the worst internet ever. worst customer service, worst internet, worst EVERYTHING! Do not recommend to anyone. if you are able to get service through anyone else then you should because frontier is absolutely terrible. we have called every week since we got service. have to reset the modem every single day. tonight we called because our internet wasn't working and they tried to tell us it was because we have too many devices trying to run....3 devices. she tried to belittle us and make us feel like it was our fault. told us they would charge us 75 dollars to send a technician because we are repeat callers. made me feel like I was a convict trying to scam them or something. that supervisor should be fired.

Complete nightmare. Don't allow your business to rely on this broken company. They should be sued for the disruption to business and the revenue they cost us. I have their technical service number memorized. We have had customers DRIVE to our business because they can't contact us via phone. A business offering such a vital utility shouldn't be allowed to operate this haphazardly. I can't wait to get away from them. It has cost us big time.

Definitely the worst internet service on the planet, customer service is awful not so much the people but the system you must call 3-4 numbers just to speak with someone, my service was always going out in the rain called frontier they said a charge just to inspect the problem if it was on the inside , this went on for months, they absolutely refused to credit me for the down time 164 resets in 4 months. Save your money or go with any other provider. Wonder why they are going bankrupt and not getting government funding anymore old copper networks are never reliable. Update. 4 days of rain amazing service, thank God I switched to suddenlink
