Package was "out for Delivery" at 6:20 am. I got off work at 4:30 came home. No package waited until 7:20 to tell me my package is delayed until tomorrow. Its supposed to rain tomorrow, my package will get wet. If you say its out for delivery do your damn job, and deliver my expensive package. If its ruined i will get my money back. I hate fedex. Got someone elses package to my house today, but couldnt deliver mine? FU fedex you suck your the worst.

Outstanding staff. Saw me with a large box & sprinted to open the door for me! You don’t get that any more! Also gave me a receipt on bright paper to make it ‘stand out’

Thia.location has the best fedex employees!! Cindy is always so honest true to her job , and Adrian is absolutely the best as well he is so helpful. They will go over and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Adrian tracked my package and got it to me when it's was stuck somewhere else. He was awesome !! Just when u think u can't get your package, they stop and say ill get it for u !! All the bad reviews can't be legitimate . Thank u, Cindy and Adrian!!!fedex is lucky to have u !!!

You can’t get an actual local phone number to call and complain if your life depended on it. I finally was transferred to a number to supposedly help, he told me that I needed to called the ground office, which I did and all it does is ring 4 times and then I get the fax noise. I’m so pissed off right now it’s incredible. DO BETTER!!! Your drivers clearly don’t give a damn about the customers or their items and y’all make it impossible to call and report them which would hold them accountable for their behavior. It has not one but TWO red fragile labels and they still chose to smash my box up that had over $100 worth of items inside. RIGHT ON THE FRAGILE LABEL SIDE! It literally has a packing slip showing what’s inside.

The employees are very nice here. Only issue is there is no sign to tell you to drive around the building to get in. When you first get there it looks like a fed ex warehouse shipping place that regular people can ship. Anyway go around back and keep going till you see it.

To be honest, I don't have a problem with the shipping center, but I did have a major problem with the FedEx ground driver. I live on a rural backroad and I drive a pickup truck. He and I met in a narrow space that will only, truly, accommodate one vehicle. I couldn't get out of his way, so I came to a stop. I would have backed up to let him through, but he never stopped. He went into the ditch, which I'm certain made him scrape the undercarriage of his truck. He still didn't stop. His mirror snagged the back of my truck (I felt it move, so I know that he did, too) He still didn't stop.I have spoken with the company, but you cannot connect with a local number. They have assured me that they will "resolve this matter" and I will be notified of the outcome. That was approximately 2 weeks ago.I'm not concerned with damages, but I believe the driver should face consequences for his recklessness. He's dangerous.

They are late with everything. When you call you can’t speak to anyone. They are extremely unhelpful I called to find out about a shipment and they just keep hanging up on me

They should definitely have a local number where you can call and speak with someone at the location because their main customer service number is worthless. You are very lucky if you can ever get a human being on that line and past the automated system. They have my package and it's supposed to have been delivered by now but it won't move and I should've had it by now because it's two day shipping and it's been almost 4 days since it shipped and two days since they received it and I have no idea what's going on because I can't find out because I can't talk to the location directly. Totally unacceptable!
